not really a review but I would like to contact someone that works at the company for a book manual and help other than what they offer on an information card that comes in the box with the machine. they have some weird company offering help that charges your account and then want to charge you to cancel but they are not part of circut!!! can someone form Cricut get in touch with me from here. not at all happy with what has happened. who knows how many others they have taken money from. please help!! ... show more

At first I was having a little bit of buyers remorse when I ordered this machine but I am so happy that I did! It can be extremely intimidating but once you get the hang of it and start going little by little it becomes an addiction! I’ve only scratch the surface on with this machine can do I’m only working with vinyls and heat transfers at this point but there’s just so much out there! I absolutely love it! ... show more

I love the product but I ordered it for someone else and for some reason their card didn't clear so they charged it to me instead of just contacting .e, I just about sent it back over that. Love the product though and very fast setvice.

EVERYTHING IS PAY TO PRINT. This product is not for someone who expects to pay a HUGE premium for a product and then just print stuff on things that COST A FORTUNE. If you search for free EVERYTHING is .99 cents. NOTHING IS FREE IN THE SOFTWARE. YOU PAY close to 600$ you WILL pay even more to use it. THIS THING IS HOT GARBAGE. ... show more
