Good product for the price. Mine was missing the 40 degree attachment and came unboxed, leads me to think I received someone else’s returned product. Don’t bother with the included foam cannon, it’s trash, you will need to purchase a higher quality foam cannon separately.

I will admit I was vert skeptical about this. Craftsman has not been the same since Lowes took over from Sears. But this pressure washer has been a good purchase so far. Easy to use and it helped me clean my house and garage so I could sell the house. I have been happy with it. My only issue is if I use it continuously for more than 2 mintues, it seems to shut off for a few minutes and won't let itself run. Other than that it works great. ... show more

I used it the first time for a little tyke play house. It worked well. I wish it had a little more pressure. THE SECOND TIME I WENT TO USE IT It started up for a minute. I tried several times to restart. The first few times it made a starting sound but nothing. Checked the GFCI both on the unit and the outlet. Checked the fuse box. Nothing! I looked on line they say that it is usually the GFCI. they suggest that you buy a new one for around $20 $25. take the original off and put the new one on. I am afraid to put more money in to this and it not work! So I am very upset that I spent $109. To clean a plastic play house. About 2 hours of run time. I don't see on the amazon site if I bought the insurance. I assume I didn't. I am old school. I expect companies to make products that work and not need to find ways to make extra money for nothing. I guess some have you buy it so that they can make extra money for fixing what they didn't do right in the 1st place. So so sad! ... show more

Owning and living in a townhouse means you have to listen to the HOA. Unfortunately this includes doing yearly maintenance on your unit. This year I decided I didn’t want to hire a pressure washing company, so I picked this guy up instead. Reading other reviews, there was a mix of good and bad so I said screw it and took the chance on getting a lemon. Luckily, it was very easy to set up and worked great for my back patio and driveway. Saved me money and only took about 2 hours to do everything. Only downside: the soap dispenser is a bit junky. If you’re serious about your craft, picking up a decent foam cannon would give much better results, but it’s not necessary. Tldr: Fool proof unit that was worth the price.
