Bought this flow hood in January of 2022. Didn't need it until today June 2022. Opened the taped up brown box and the CPS flow hood box was inside but the box was not taped closed-the tape was already cut. Opened the contents and the ABM-200 flow meter is missing. Doesn't work without the flow meter. The description said it comes with it. You need to send me the ABM-200 flow meter. I know - I should have opened it up right away. Still dissatisfied - someone at your place should have checked the returned item and made sure all the parts were with it. ... show more

This tool makes an airflow balance so much easier. It seems very accurate. I have tested it side by side my expensive commercial flowhood and it performs better in my opinion. The app has been great and I have been very satisfied. I would recommend and buy again.
