I use this to prevent weeds in a large vegetable garden. The full roll is very heavy but it's worth taking the time to spread this out. Cuts easily with scissors. I use a bulb planter to poke holes when planting seeds. Poke smaller holes with a coat hanger to let rainwater drain through. Seems to hold up well to UV from the sunlight. I left it in place for a second year and it hasn't started crumbling yet. I'll pull it up at the end of this season and replace it next year. ... show more

Don't waste your money! This plastic held up for a year and a half! It dry rotted really quick! I used It to kill weeds and I feel like I didn't get my money's worth out of it!
