The ASUS Proart X670E WiFi lists this RAM as compatible, but there is a specific version. I got 2 sets. The one that works is ver 5.43.13. The second set is ver 4.43.03 and will isn’t stable even when running at stock speed. Frequent POST fails, memtest errors, windows crashes etc. Sadly, it seems there is no way to know which version you will receive when you order. Hopefully this will help others. It’s just one of those things when adopting a new platform. ... show more

    • 5600 mhz is not factory speed
Size: 32GB (2x16GB)
The 5600mhz is with XMP enabled. If it's not enabled, they run at 4800 or 4600, i can't remember. It's posted at 5600 because that's what there rated and tested for.

Below is a review on versions of this chip (32GB*2) back in Feb 2023: "The ASUS Proart X670E WiFi lists this RAM as compatible, but there is a specific version. I got 2 sets. The one that works is ver 5.43.13. The second set is ver 4.43.03 and will isn’t stable even when running at stock speed. Frequent POST fails, memtest errors, windows crashes etc" Well, today I received an even older version, 3.43.04, see attached pic. The letter "r" in "ver 3.43.04" was kind of "blurred" too.     • Doesn't properly work on Crosshair x670e hero

If you try to use the EXPO I / II settings it won't boot (C5 errors), it's only going to boot on auto settings at a speed of 3600Mhz. You can set it to EXPO 1 timing with at 1.35V you can get it to run at 4600Mhz stable. 4800Mhz will give you at C5 boot error and 4800Mhz at 1.4v will give you a E6 boot error. This is the same with both kits I purchased, which have two different firmware versions. Hopefully when a bios with AGESA 1.0.0.9 is released the board won't be so picky about it's Ram. If not I'll probably wind up selling the kits and getting a different set from the the tested list. At the time I purchased the kits very few kits were listed in 64GBs, but it's still on me for taking the risk. ... show more

I bought two 64G kits in December just after the new AMD processors and boards were released. It turns out that there are two versions of this kit and the older one, of which both of my kits are, is not very stable. I can run @4800 with two sticks installed but can't even boot half the time with all 4. If they are going to sell the older, less stable version then they should label the product version when you buy it. I doubt I will use Corsair memory in the future. ... show more
