I’m not joking when I say the wife and I had this set up in a minute and a half. Took a minute to get it laid out and 30 seconds or less to pop it up. So check off that ease of setup. Lots of design to move air through this tent which is great for those hot days. The whole top is mesh netting, also has 6 screen windows and the doors also have screen mesh for even more airflow, and both sides have a bottom screen vent that you stake out. The screen vent is the entire length of each side. It is dry! We didn’t get rain when we took this out the first time but I seen it on the forecast when we returned home, so I set it up in the yard. My idea was better to know when we are not in it rather than when we need it to stay dry. It was a good storm all afternoon and night with multiple downpours. The outside “door mats” do pool water which I could see being annoying. The inside of the tent however was 100% dry. No leaks or condensation. The rain is loud with this rain cover but it’s DRY. And this test was done without a footprint, so the flooring was built well for water. This is a big tent and will accommodate a large family. My advice is to make sure the poles are pulled out and staked so the wind isn’t pushing the walls in with slack. If anything changes, I will update this review. So far this tent has outperformed my past tents with the elements. OH!! And for freaking once! Finally a tent that fits back in the tent bag with plenty of space left!!! Say goodbye to the stress of making that tent fit back in. No more do overs!! The bag is well built and made to move around!!! ... show more

Just used for the first time this weekend. Had to set this tent up twice in the same day. Setup, tear down, and setup again due to having to move to a different camp sight because of rising river and no outlet. Glad I bought a tent that was so quick and easy to assemble. Takes a couple of people. We had our kids help and it was very quick and easy. Because this tent comes preassembled, it slightly heavier than others. Though the extra weight is worth the fast setup. It’s a solid tent. Great design and like how outside air comes in from underneath the tent when all windows are closed. We set up four twin sized air mattresses inside without issue. Perfect for a family of four who all want to sleep on separate air beds. Nice tall ceilings allow walking around inside without crouching down. I like how there is a feeder hole for an extension cord. That made running power for the air beds easy. There are plenty of built in pockets for personal items too. We all had our own. We hung a battery operated LED lantern from the supplied middle ceiling hook, which provided plenty of light. It rained the first night and this tent kept us all dry. No issues. I did buy quality tent stakes for extra strength though. I also used an 18’x10’ thick PVC waterproof tarp under the tent as well. I anchored that down first. Just like anything else, if setup properly, it’s a great tent. We look forward to our next trip. I fully recommend this tent. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was my first time ever putting up a tent! It took me about 75 minutes! I have never put one up before! This was really simple & straight forward to do! Watch the videos if you get stuck. ( I’m writing about the 12 person tent. In green/gray). It’s nice looking! I ‘m a 50 something yo mom & Im 5’4 inches tall with no previous experience. So if I can do it anyone can. You do need to have some kind of reasonable strength tho. It took me longer to get the thing out of the shipping box! Lols.. Then there’s another box that says Core, then the zippered bag. Everything came nicely packed with foam padding to protect all the joints and points on the rods. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The tent I received has a footprint or floor that is already attached. It is not removable. All the zippers function perfectly. Just be careful on the bottom of the doors where the rain flap is so it doesn’t get caught. If you’re doing this by yourself follow the instructions to spread the tent out all the way on a flat surface. Then pull the elbows out and hold the last one as you move around to the other side to open the others. (It’s structured something like a mini fold up umbrella . ). Each elbow kind of locks into place if you’re doing it right. When you’ve got all the elbows up put the top rain shield on. Then extend & push each leg up to its full locking position. Alternate sides & anchor each point so the wind doesn’t take it. It’s a huge tent which can fit 2 queen size beds, or a blowup sofa a queen bed and a small table & chairs. I’ll lay a patio mat down to protect the floor & make it more cozy. I love that it has lots of windows with rain flaps that roll down & bottom air vents for cooler air to come in. BUt what’s awesome is that it has a door on each side. A double door & a single door. This tent will be a great addition to our 27 ft airstream & will serve its purpose for a hangout space with the teens & our two 75 lb dogs without getting eaten up by mosquitos. Great job Core!     • 'That's Not a Tent....It's a SPACE STATION!'

This tent is easy to set up and easy to take down. Beyond that, it is massive. Almost seven feet center height, it runs 18 feet long and a whopping 10 feet wide. It's a portable cabin! I bought this tent not to house a family, (we're retired) but for road trips. You stay in a motel occasionally, and then this tent other nights. Really saves on the expenses. It is SO big we put a California King size airbed inside it, two small portable tables with separate chairs, and used one of the two wall curtains provided with the tent to separate the back third of the tent into a bathroom with a flushing camp toilet. No kidding. Put a good footprint under it, and string a big tarp a couple of feet above the tent, and you could live in this thing all summer in comfort. It's big enough for a family, but for two people it is a portable small house. Quick Notes: A separate box INSIDE the main box is how the tent is shipped. I noticed the provided tent bag was plenty big to hold the tent. Many times the bag they give you to store the tent is almost too small to get it back INTO the bag after the first time you use it. No worries on this one, though. They give you an oversized bag. ... show more
