This pillow comes filled with this shredded memory foam, but they also send you a giant bag and instructions on how to fill your pillow up to your desired 'pillowness' and let me tell you, I usually use two pillows, but I stuck all that stuffing inside this bad boy and now I am just using this ONE pillow and it's wonderful. It conforms while keeping me supported. It always feels relatively cool and sturdy too. I love this pillow so much. Honest review, this pillow is incredible. I have no idea how they can afford to offer at such a value, but this pillow has become my new favorite, and I've owned pillows that cost nearly 8 tines as much. The cooling side truly is so cool to the touch and stays cools for an impressive amount of time. The shredded foam allows you to fluff or flat the pillow to your exact preferred height and density which I've tried with other brands and they fell shirt, but for some reason actually works with this brand. As advertised, this pillow does help keep you cool while you sleep- a lot of other pillows need to be flipped or fluffed to get them to cool off, but this pillow actually was cool through the night and kept it's shape. It also came with more fluff pieces to make it more firm if you wanted it that way. I will say that the material is almost slippery and my pillowcase kept sliding off- so I recommend using the the pillowcases that open in the back, rather than the end- or a zippered case... I really do like this pillow and it helps me sleep better ... show more

This pillow is like a cool cloud. It is very firm yet somehow so soft, if that makes any sense. My head sinks into it without it loosing its support. It is definitely cooling, but may need a cooling case to go with it as it’s harder to feel the cooling effects with my standard pillowcase that goes with my comforter. This is a set of two super soft standard sized pillows with included cases. They of course come vacuum packed so you'll want to let them fluff up a bit. No random odors or stains. Zippers seem solid and the seams are good too. They came with extra foam stuffing in case you want to change the firmness of your pillows.
