Buy your normal size (maybe even a size smaller) as this runs VERY long on me and is definitely oversized. I did purchase a size up as I often find that to work for the amazon shirts often. I really liked this design and I thought it suited me pretty well. However anything that seems to fit my shoulders and my arms does not seem to fit my waist. It makes me look overweight and that's not a good look for something like this. So if you purchase this according to your shoulders and chest as well as arms, get ready to probably take it in a little bit. Which isn't a bad thing but also kind of a little annoying. This COOFANDY mock turtleneck shirt is wonderfully made. The seams are well sewn, sturdy, and no puckers or hanging strings. My husband loves it! We chose the black color, and the ribbed knit fabric is lightweight and feels soft. It fits his 5' 10" frame perfectly. Since casual mock turtlenecks are allowed at our golf course, he will be wearing this often. If there is any issue with a cold-water wash and air dry, I will update my review...but I do not foresee an issue. This sweater is made really well. It's made of a thick sweater type fabric, almost like it was tightly knit. I'm 6'0, 155lbs, slim build and got the size medium. It's a perfect fit. The quality is great, but it does get warm inside. This makes a great fall weather shirt when the weather isn't too cold, but not too hot either. I like the color and fabric of this shirt. It's soft and feels comfortable to wear. The turtleneck doesn't feel like it's choking me. The weird thing about this shirt is the shoulder seam. if you can see in the photo it seems like it points up. I don't know why it doesn't just sit flat on the shoulder.
