For a variety of reasons this is worth it but I must admit the number one reason is the ease of assembly. After being pregnant and assembling a number of maternity pillows for myself you start to become frustrated with the notion of having to squeeze this ENORMOUS pillow back into an itty bitty pillow case. With this lounger I felt like someone heard me and finally understood my gripes. Assembling was a quick and easy process. I stuffed the mattress piece down into the nest cover first it went in without a fuss. Next I unzipped the entire u Shaped vessel for the snake like pillow. It was incredibly liberating because I literally placed down the pillow and zippered the cover. No struggle, I didn’t even break a sweat or a zipper! The lounger cover is a nice corduroy fabric that my LO seems to love! In my opinion it’s very soft and gentle on the skin and is reminiscent of a nice stuffy. Using it and maneuvering it is easy as pie! I really haven’t an issue at all. I honestly think I’m still mesmerized by the ease of assembly. This easily scores 5 stars my LO loves it. ... show more

This is perfect for younger babies to lounge in around the house. Yes I know these aren’t for sleeping. We found it super helpful to have for a newborn/younger baby who wasn’t rolling yet. You can easily move this from room to room with you and it gives them a comfy space to lay where you can have eyes on them. You can also place it under a play gym. It also helped give a little bit of protection from our toddler, since then my baby wasn’t in the middle of an open floor. The cover is removable and can be thrown into the wash to clean. Very pleased with the quality of this deluxe baby lounger from CooCooBaby. Looks and feels very high end! Very nice soft material covering the lounger. Nice, full, and soft padding in the side edges. This is a great baby lounger for when you are in the infant stage. It comes in a nice carrying case with a cover that can be washed in case your baby has an accident on it. I loved using mine when I needed to put the baby down on a safe surface without the worry of them falling off. This is a decent lounger. It arrives in a vacuum sealed bag, so you need to air it for a few days for it to reach its full volume and also to get rid of the smell. It comes with its own cover. I put the cover through washer and dryer without any problems. The product pictures also show "developmental accessories", which are like a black and white mobile on a crossed bridge. This lounger is so nicely made. The cushion part comes vacuum packed, so it's not super bulky when it ships (makes it easier to wrap if you're giving it as a baby shower gift too). While the cover it comes with is perfectly nice and is removable and washable, I will probably get another cover to put over it that can be taken off a little easier (i.e. one with elasticized edges that goes on like a fitted sheet). This lounger is a nice alternative to a full-on play mat. It's cushy enough for baby to lay in, and the sides provide a cocoon kind of feel. It can be laid out underneath a toy arch, and it has a smaller footprint than a mat. Travels well too. Once baby is a bit older, it works well for tummy time, as the side bumpers help them to hold themselves up. The corduroy is a thin wale, and it's nice and soft. This is incredible value given there are often covers in this price point (looking at you - snugglemycash organic).
