This is a great upgrade for our West Elm dresser with changing station on top. I was worried this pad would be too big because the dimensions are exactly what the wood inlay is, but it fits perfectly. Baby is very comfortable on the pad. I can gently lay her on it for a dream diaper change and half the time she won't wake up. There's no way I could do that on any of our other changing stations. We wanted a changing table pad that was easy to wash, looks cute, and had an easy-to-use safety strap. This checked all of the boxes! I really have no complaints about this pad besides the fact that it had a weird smell right out of the box, but the smell was completely gone in a day or two. Our baby loves it too and lays calmly while we change them. If they do decide to try and roll, though, the sides of the pad do a good job of keeping him contained (with my supervision, of course). I really liked the pad, it is soft and fits our changing table perfectly. And the cover is removable, so it is easy to clean. My only concern is that the zipper for the cover is a bit flimsy, it stuck on us once and I couldn't close it, so I had to return it and buy a new one. And then I bought an underpad to put it on top of the pad so I don't have to change the cover that often ... show more

We were using another name brand changing pad that was a much more firmer surface. Our baby didn't seem comfortable during the diaper changes with that one, so we switched to the Jool changing pad and it made a huge difference! Baby loves the soft plush comfy surface of this one, plus we love the washable cover it has. I bought this for my niece and she seems to be so comfortable on this changing table. She kicks with excitement every time we lay her on it to change her. And there have been times when she’d get fussy when we take her off of it after the change is over. Lol

Comes vacuum sealed, but fluffs up nicely in a day or two and you can't tell. Comes with a strap to keep wiggly babies directly in the middle, and is firm enough to be supportive but not rock hard like some of the traditional options.

This pad is great. The removable cover makes cleanup easy. I just wish I could find a Jool brand cover replacement because when it's in the wash the pad is very slippery and none of the other covers have that nice non-slip bottom.
