Purchased this tablet for my 1yr.old. At first I thought it was a little small, but it's actually perfect for her to handle. The rubber outer shell is nice and thick, making it drop proof. That's one of my favorite features. The activities it comes with are not quite for her age yet, but they are a nice addition that she can grow into. It does have YouTube and apps can be added. Set up was fairly easy if you have some basic computer knowledge. The child friendly side is great for her age because she can't accidently come out of it and as she grows the other side can be used like a regular tablet. Battery life is OK, we don't use it for more than a few minutes to half hour at a time (for videos) so it lasts about 2-3 days before I have to charge it. ... show more

This device works about a week. It glitches. You can not ever change user or set up a new email. No matter how many factory resets you do. Additionally at a year it just stops working entirely and freezes just entering the control panel or trying to open any app. If I could set zero stars I would. We have two super expensive paperweights that we bought in advance for Christmas so we were past the return date. ... show more

I bought this product for my 5 year old nephews birthday and I could not be happier. Its so easy and kid friendly to use. My nephew absolutely loves it and the cool red case that it came in. He said he would have liked the case better if it came in his favorite color but thats the only complaint we have.     • Not young child friendly
They price was right but you get what you pay for. There’s no way to put it in some kind of “parental mode” or “child mode” so if you’re buying a tablet for toddler - preschool aged kids, this isn’t the one. It’s just a child size android tablet. Nothing makes it a “kids tablet” other than the size. It’s not durable and I’ve had 2 break in less than 6 month. The battery doesn’t last long either. Update. I originally gave 4 stars but because customer service has been so great and easy to work with, I moved it to 5! Received 2 pair of free headphones for leaving a review and got a replacement charger. All shipped very quickly! It’s a great device for the price and fun for the kids. We downloaded some games on there and kids YouTube. It runs great. The battery runs out quicker than I thought it would.     • Don't waste your money!!!
This was purchased for my 4yo. We were so excited for her to have her own source for educational games & to be able to use messenger kids (literally the only reason we purchased... keeping her connected with preschool friends & family during quarantine). Unfortunately, the charger broke in the first week as it's smallest single prong & very cheaply made. I purchased a replacement made of better quality. Big mistake... now (a week later) the charger is no longer right fitting causing charging to be sporadic. This was only one issue. Slow...so slow, my daughter would tell me it wasn't working but as she was bringing it to me, whatever she was trying to do would open. We deleted almost everything off of this tablet & it didn't help speed things up. So disappointed! No refund because we opened & used. Just bought Amazon fire & not one issue! I bought this tablet for my one year old to watch movies on. I bought it solely for that. It does great with that. I downloaded an app to it that makes it so he cant touch off the screen while a movie is playing and it works great. The battery isn't anything amazing, it dies after about 2 hours of watching a movie. It has lots of games and parental controls that I appreciate for my son to grow into as he gets older. ... show more
