  • Nice big pot
Size: 50-Quart
Thick enough walls to be durable but not so thick as to be too heavy to manage. I can lift this pot easily onto a high shelf for storage. Heats up nicely and cleans nicely. Big enough for scalding chickens to butcher and for making large batches of stock or bone broth!

  • Good pot
Size: 100-Quart
No, not that kind, but this stainless pot is a good value. it's not too thin so it will last, I would have liked a thicker bottom but for this price, 5 stars all the way. Made it into a mash kettle for brewing beer with weld-less fittings and it's working out well. Perfect size for a half barrel brew. The 19.5" false bottom sold by amazon fits this perfectly. ... show more

  • Very large pot
Size: 80-Quart
I love the volume of the 80qt pot, this thing is massive. After opening the box I discovered a manufacturer defect near the bottom of the pot which is a puncture on the inside of the pot. The spot of defect feels very thin and I am scared to make a large volume of food due to this defect. It is a very heavy duty pot. Paperwork says it has a one year warranty which I will be using. May update on warranty experience later ... show more

  • Omg…it’s MASSSSSSIVE !! :)))
It’s gorgeous and I love it, but I measured before buying it, and maybe I don’t know how to use a tape measure?! :)) I have to use a step stool to see into it and stir the contents. It’s pretty funny. Great, great addition to my gourmet kitchen. I bought it specifically to make large quantities of tonkotsu broth since I live in an Asian food desert. The only reason for four stars is because it actually is hard to wash, but really that’s just because I don’t have a catering kitchen. But the size is definitely something to seriously take into consideration if you’re a home chef like me. This pot is a Beast. As I’ve been cooking I’ve been trying to come up with an appropriate scale to convey the volume. I believe it can hold two decent-sized turkeys. One infant taking a bath. 15 pounds of pig bones (this one I can confirm—I don’t have an infant to put in there). Almost 8 gallons of water. I think I could make a significant dent in our outdoor spa with this. I think if I made soup in this I could feed my entire neighborhood…twice. It’s big—not sure if I mentioned that. :)))))) ... show more

  • Doesn't look like the photo, restocking fee and never used.
Size: 40-Quart
We needed a pot to heat up products. The photo shows a narrow, tall pot which we needed so we could use a long mixer so everything was mixed properly. When it arrived is was short and round. The larger sizes might be taller but the 40 quart wasn't. We've purchased other products from them and they are high quality metal. ... show more

  • Affordable with room to grow for homebrewing
Size: 100-Quart
Had a minor issue with shipping initially when only the lid showed up. Amazon promptly arranged pickup of the lid, and shipped me a replacement (which included the pot). The packing was less than robust, and the box looked like it was roughed up pretty good, but the pot and lid arrived without any damage. There is a spot inside the pot which appears to have been sanded with a fine grit to cover a minor blemish. This was insignificant to me as the functionality of the pot is the same, however some might find that cosmetically unacceptable. If you're a stickler looking for bling, and don't mind paying more, you might want to look elsewhere. YMMV. Make sure you thoroughly clean this set before food use. There's a slight film of machining lubricant on the surfaces of this pot. It's stubborn and thick enough that it may take a few manual washings with heavy detergent to get it all. You won't want that tainting in your food, or your beer. All that said, so far I'm generally satisfied with my purchase. I bought this as part of a gradual upgrade from a 15 gallon keggle gas fired system to a 25 gallon electric BIAB system. As it't not yet a part of my production system, it hasn't seen much use, however I have filled it to the brim and haven't seen any leaks either on the seam or the rivets. I was also able to lift the pot when filled, and the handles seemed to hold the weight for the brief time I did this. However I wouldn't recommend doing this regularly as I'm sure eventually the stress could lead to loosened rivets, and therefore leaks. It would also be unwieldy to empty in this fashion. As has been said here before: You're going to want to leave it in place once it's filled. Make sure you put a valve on it for homebrewing. ... show more

  • Perfect brew kettle and liquor tank
Size: 60-Quart
I purchased this as a brew kettle. The value of this kettle is well worth what it costs, just look around at similar 15 gallon kettles, you will find most are twice the price or more. With a brewmometer, a bazooka tube and a 1/2" ball valve, walla, brew kettle! The construction is of heavy gauge stainless and the lid is as well. Handles are riveted on each side with 4 rivets, haven't filled this with water but they may be potential seepers like I have read about in other reviews of brew pots. Not a big deal as I would need to have over 12 gallons of liquid in there to even get close to the rivets and I brew mainly 5 gallon batches. Last but not least and the reason I dinged the review a star and only gave it 4 stars is because the lid had some damages to the inside, gouging that looks almost like it happened during the forming of the lid. So minus one star for cosmetic issues and I assume this is why this pot was such a great deal, the only time I would even use the lid is if I was boiling water for the mash tun. At 90$ you would be hard pressed to find a 15 gallon stainless pot of this quality any where else. As a side note, anyone purchasing this pot for a brew kettle and needing to drill the 7/8" holes should be aware of the fact that the neiko titanium step drill did not work too hot for me. I paid 17$ for that and ended up having to go to the local hardware store to purchase an Irwin step drill for 50$, ouch! The Neiko bit would work fine for thinner gauge metals but for this particular application I would recommend a higher quality bit, unless you are only needing to drill 1 hole at low speeds with lots of lubrication. ... show more
