The media could not be loaded. I’ve been wanting a recliner for years but they’re not cheap. I finally decided I was getting myself one for Christmas. I spent days on here trying to find the perfect one at a decent price. I did not want to pay $500+. The reviews on this one are mixed but I kept coming back to this one. I am glad I got this recliner. It looks nice and looks so much better in my living room than the previous chair I had. It’s not super overstuffed fluffy comfy but it is comfortable. It rocks, it swivels, it fully reclines. The “massager” is really just different modes of vibration but it’s still nice. If you want to pay $4k for a chair that actually knead massages more power to you. There are several different modes you can choose. I like auto because it cycles through all of the modes. It has a heat function which is really nice and useful in the winter. You can set a timer for how long you want to massage and or heat. The box it came in was pretty heavy. Thankfully my daughter was home and was able to help me get it into the house. Everything was shoved into the bottom of the chair and some things took a lot of all of your weight to pull them out. The back of the chair was vacuum sealed so I cut that open and let it fluff up while putting the rest of the chair together. The instructions are easy and it wasn’t difficult to put together. The only thing I asked for help with was putting the arm covers on. It was easier with 2 people. It did not take long at all to put together. Everything just slips into place. The arms are the only thing that takes full on assembly. Once those are done like I said everything just slides into place. ... show more

I put this together relatively quickly. But then I realized there was an issue. Then I remembered reading other reviewers and I saw what my problem was. My parts (specifically the R1 and R2 and L1 and L2 and the coverings) were mislabeled. What would’ve been a 30 minute job ended up being about a two hour job. Please make sure you look carefully to see if yours is mislabeled too. Now that the chair is together I can tell you that it is very comfortable and well worth the price. It has a nice feel to it and it is easy to operate. The massage is very subtle, but it feels good. I would definitely buy it again and do recommend it if you need a reclining/rocking/massage chair. ... show more

What you see advertised on Amazon, looks great, but what you end up getting let's you a bit down and wanting more. First all this is a totally Chinese type of Ikea furniture, it comes in a small box, so right there it will make you wonder if you got everything, we'll you do, the size of this chair is large but excuse me not American large, lol, I think this chair would be better suited for my 17 yr old. Look at the pictures I added and decide. Now putting this thing together was not difficult but it will show you the quality of this thing, that beat up sofaof mine you see, lasted me 7 years, I seriously doubt this will be around that long. The materials are thin and feels cheap, the "Massage feature" Well it's a joke really" more gimmick than useful seriously doubt this is worth what I paid for it, you probably could have bought this on Temu for a lot cheaper.Also the armrests are a joke and ate floppy they don't stay put and move around. The metal frame for the armrest supports is dangerous hit myself twice by accident and hurt my heal and knee.The pros, the back rest is firm, the rocker swivel function is good, does not take up a lot of space like my old rocker. The recliner was easy to assemble, and seems to be sturdy. The frame is all metal, and has plenty of support. The massage and heating functions are a nice touch, and function as they should. However, there are a few things to be aware of. First, the recliner did not come with rubber feet, and the base is metal. It works fine on carpet, but for hardwood or laminate floors you'll need to purchase furniture feet and install them. It does have bolt holes for feet, but they weren't in the box. The primary thing is this recliner is SMALL. It looks much larger in the pictures than it actually is, and measuring really doesn't give you a clear picture of the size unless you have something to compare those measurements to. It would be fine for people with a smaller stature, but I'm 6'1 and well over 200lbs. It's just not very comfortable for me, and my head rises way above the back. My kids love it, though. I'm giving this recliner to my teenage son and purchasing another one for myself. ... show more

This chair came quickly and was easy to assemble. It is a beautiful chair. I have had it for weeks and still love it. I work at a facility with concrete floors all day. I also have osteoarthritis. When I come home, I hurt everywhere. Sitting in this chair with the heat and massage is very comfortable for me. It's especially nice to be able to lean it all the way back and get a much needed nap. Building the sofa took about an hour, fairly easy and instructions were pretty clear. Sofa looks good and feels comfortable. Massage system is pretty basic, more of a vibrating massage than a rolling or knotting so don't expect too much of it. If you're looking for something like they have at the malls or Planet Fitness you will have to search in the premium price category. Here comes the negative…. Upon having this couch for the 3rd day, there are some signs of wearing and chipping, and frankly, I expect this to get worse. Minimum contact with my fingernail to the recliner surface caused the chipping of the paint. If the material would have been of a better quality this would have been a great buy.
