I love these dresses so much. I bought three different patterns. They are super-cool in hot weather, and they look great! They are designed for a smaller bust, but actually still work ok if you have a larger cup-size! You'll just get a bit of a 'cowl neck' effect and the seam will sit higher on your bust than it's intended to, but it actually doesn't look bad at all. A surprisingly versatile design! ... show more

I bought this to take with me on an RV trip across the country and it is awesome for hot days. I'm in my mid-50s and I wear a size 12. This dress fits me well in size L. The fabric is very light and feels silky. It skims the body in a flattering way. I snagged it on a cactus a bit and was pleased that it didn't cause any damage. The best thing is that the fabric really does keep me cool. In 100+ degree heat, there's nothing in my wardrobe that it more cooling and comfortable than this dress, and it's really cute too. ... show more

These dresses are comfy and flattering. The material and stitching are top quality and you can tell! I am 5” 1’, 107 lbs. There isn’t much difference between the XS and the S. I have both. I wear a 36C and the XS is a little tight in the bust but I like the body fit of the dress. In the size S, the bust isn’t quite as tight but the dress hangs a little looser. Either is fine and I’m probably the only one who can tell the difference. I definitely prefer the prints over the solids cause they just look more fun. I had them shortened a bit cause I like them just above my knee. They are perfect for packing in your suitcase. They actually come in a bag that’s the size of a plastic sandwich bag. You will wear these dresses a LOT! ... show more

    • Disappointing fabric, NOT for busty people

I was in high hopes for this purchase because of all the glowing reviews, but was totally disappointed when I opened the package. The fabric is NOT at all what I was expecting. It's somewhere closer to a heavy weight swim suit or workout legging material. It's very slippery and drapey and will show any bulges/undergarment lines/etc, if you get it in a lighter color or print. I have gotten very breathable, quick dry dresses from other brands in MUCH better fabrics, so I don't understand why they're charging so much for such a cheap-feeling product. The cut of the top of the dress is NOT flattering if you're busty. I'm 5'6", size 16/18, 40F bra, so I know that it can be more difficult to find clothing that fits and is flattering. This dress is an absolute failure in that regard. The top of the dress is cut so that the fullest part of the chest area is very high and relatively small, so you get these weird bulges on the strap between the side/top of the breast and the armpit (it's like the dress material is sitting on top of the breast instead of fitting over it). Also, the seam between the chest area and the rest of the dress falls mid-chest instead of under the breasts like it's supposed to. Stuff like this happens a lot because it's like the pattern makers don't understand how women's bodies tend to change as you go up sizes. The general proportions for an athletic size 2 are usually terrible if just sized up to size 18 dimensions. The pluses were that the length was perfect and the fit of the dress around the rest of my body was exactly what I wanted. If you are a larger size with smaller/higher bust, this may still work for you.... But if you're at all top-heavy, this will probably be a flop. ... show more

Ordered this last minute for a trip to Portugal. Came in a small plastic bag but not one wrinkle! The fabric is practically weightless and the fit is perfect. I am 5’4”, 112 lbs and ordered the XS. Wish I had time to get more before we leave. So many color options! Fabulous!

XL is a good fit for anyone who is a 38 D +. When wearing a supportive bra. I suppose one could go to a large without a bra and perhaps may be “fitting” enough if you are comfortable with that (without too much sag, due to the seam) . Living in South Florida Columbia dresses are a must when hiking outdoors or attending outdoor functions. Breathable material that doesn’t give you that soaking wet look is helpful and flattering in the heat. ... show more
