I read the lavender scent improves sleep and it does, at least for me. I purchased this diffuser for the bathroom. I bought this selection for the beautiful yellow flowers and the scent is very nice. I used to use Glade plug-ins, but the quality of the refills has gone downhill. I couldn't smell them, nor could my guests. The refills for the diffusers are about the same price as the plug-in refills, but the scent is stronger and the diffuser refill liquid lasts at least10x as long. This is my first time using "reeds." Firstly - the floral scent I chose is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure about the area that the scent encompasses nor about the longevity. I will be sure to update in a few weeks. My only regret is that I purchased 2. 1 small (for bathroom) & 1 larger (for living space.) I wish I'd purchased both in the larger size; because the odor is more pronounced in the larger. I would give a 👍 for the scent. I got other incense for my bathrooms before. Some were ok and others you couldn’t even smell. This wasn’t a bad price and the scent is definitely noticeable, but not overpowering. I honestly got this one because of some of the reviews. I was specifically looking for the Reed Sticks diffuser instead of the plug ins, and I'm so glad I did! Just enough to give the air in small rooms a light fragrance. You can add as many reed sticks depending on the level of fragrance you want, I used 2 sticks and it takes a couple of days for the sticks to start giving off the fragrance, but when it happens, you'll like, oh ok here we go.
