I was thrilled when the bag came, it exceeded my expectations. Very well made and all the stitching and construction is perfect ( I’m fussy since I used to work in the fashion industry). It has a sturdy but nice soft feel, not real heavy ( as a few people said). I love all the compartments and they were well made. Someone said the inside “felt and sounded crinkly” but not the case. Also someone said they thought the inside fabric was cheap and might rip, but not the case either….it’s a heavier “ twill” fabric and from years in textile testing, I know twill weaves are strong. I will say the inside of mine was brown, whereas the Amazon pics show a print. I like the look of prints better but that’s not enough to make me unhappy about the bag. However, the bag should match the pic for such an important part, the whole inside. I would have been fine with the solid brown IF they would have shown it like that. One thing I love and was hoping for…the bag is not a pure, stark white, it’s a beautiful creamy color, which is exactly what I was hoping it would be. Someone asked if there was a texture on the faux leather and there is and I included a closeup. Nice texture and nice feel. Also I saw many questions asking about what “Vegan Leather” is….always have to laugh at that name, so for those people who wonder…” vegan leather” means nothing but vinyl embossed to look and feel like real leather lol. I purchased 3 colors of this bag. The dark coffee, brown and I believe it is the Grey one. However, when I try to research for the Grey/tan color bag I purchased I don't know if it's no longer available or if it is the Grey one listed in the pics. Everything I click on it, it takes me to the brown I purchased and I've tried every other research available. My amz receipt doesn't specify color purchased. Anyhow, these are large purses and gain weight quickly. They definitely hold a lot of stuff. My ipad pro 11 inch fits, no problem. I can even put my 30 oz water bottle and it fits fine. There 2 pockets on front, one pocket on back. Inside are 2 open pockets. Great for lotion or cellphones, a large zipper pocket in the middle which has tons of room and then another inside side pocket. Definitely have room. Has attached shorter handles and comes with a thinner crossbody strap. I prefer to use my own crossbody straps though. Each purse has a neat mottled appearance so it isn't just a solid color. It gives it great depth. The shoulder straps are ok. If the purse is light they don't pass the elbow test but if it is weighted down the center slouched and it will pass the elbow test. I mainly use them to grab the purse but I wear it crossbody. See pics for me wearing the purse. The tanish colored one is empty at the time but the dark coffee one is full. Inside is a nice soft fabric and all zippers seem to work great! I love the dark color on the zippers and hardware too. ... show more

I'm usually a Coach bag snob. This purse is my favorite out of all my bags! It's beautiful & buttery soft. It's got all the room you'll ever need & then some. There's even a matching wallet you can purchase to go with it. I may just buy this same purse in the other colors.

Love this bag. Quality is fantastic and it’s a perfect size for someone who carry’s a lot. Shoulder strap is comfortable and arm straps are large enough to throw over shoulder. The only thing I would add is the adjustable strap should have one or two more holes I’m a tall girl and wish I could shorten it just a little more. I ordered the medium purse and it's beautiful but it appears to have arrived used. There were no silica packets in the purse, and I found 2 lollipops inside. In addition, the large strap is missing. Ive ordered a replacement so I hope the new one is new and complete and I can update my review

This purse is versatile and will even accommodate a 12.9" iPadPro and zip closed. The front pocket is large enough to hold a large cell phone plus a 3"x5" notebook, pencil and other small items. The inside pockets are well designed for a variety of uses. Earlier versions of this CLUCI purse had smaller pockets - this is a nice improvement. So glad to have it! ... show more
