Fyi, these balls are SMALLER than what 90's kids like me remember from our childhood, which is why I was off with estimating the right quantity I would need! However, I love the colors, thickness, and durability, and the smaller size is actually great for my toddler to be able to hold and pick up in one hand! I measured the coverage - it takes about 30 balls to fill 1 square foot of coverage 1 layer deep, so keep than in mind when calculating how many you need! We turned the playpen into a ball pit and our toddler loves it! These are brightly colored, and pretty well made. 300 was enough to cover the bottom of 36” x 36” playpen. I would purchase again. I don't really know how to review these. I bought them for a relative's little one. They are what you expect from ball pits at indoor playgrounds and places like Chuck E. Cheese. I'm not even sure if I can say these are a good value for the money because I don't know what these go for. The kid seemed to enjoy them all for a few months until they grew out of them or got bored.
