The bulbs are beautiful but not velvet. Based on the name I thought they would be covered in velvet or some type of flocking but they are a smooth, almost satin finish. They are lovely and the exact color I was looking for (an old gold) so overall I'm pleased with the purchase. Typically I would never have paid $14 for eight ornaments but these were the only ones I could find (online or in person) in this color. ... show more

A little costly for the money and the quaintly. Wish price was lower. First tree up and wanted to match up ornaments with living room. Couldn’t do it like I wanted to because of cost. Couldn’t fine anywhere else sure would have went with other if was cheaper.
