    • Really attractive chair with well-working mechanisms and excellent in comfort.

This power lift chair came well packaged with lots of cardboard to protect all parts. No tools were required. The only hardware were four bolts and wing nuts that were easily tightened by hand. The manual listed each part very clearly, including pictures. I mention this because it seems so many products come with manuals that are so hard to read that we usually throw it aside and try to do without it. Not so this one. It has simple step-by-step, well illustrated instructions that walk you through assembly in a matter of less than ten minutes. We did try to skip a step and put the back onto the base BEFORE zipping the zipper as instructed. That didn’t work. We ended up separating the two and following the instructions exactly. Very simple. The wires were easy to hook up, and there’s basically no way to make a mistake. The chair has a nice firm yet comfortable seat. I would describe this chair as medium in size. There are two remote controls, and they each store in a side pocket on both sides for easy reach. You can recline all the way to a sleeping position, or you can raise the chair up until you are literally standing. The motor is very quiet. The massage feature is actually a mild “vibrate” massage, not a rolling mechanism, and has lots of settings. It’s a nice bonus, but if you’re buying this chair for its massage features, I’d say that isn’t this chair’s strong point. The heat feature warms your lower back and takes about five minutes to heat up completely. A nice feature, especially with winter coming on. I usually use a heating pad, but this will replace that. I’m 5 ft 6 inches and weight 220 pounds. The chair is really a perfect fit for me. Not too narrow, and my feet extend properly over the foot rest. As they state, it’s a good fit for someone up to about 5 ft 10 inches max. However, it’s advertised as holding up to a 350 pound person. In my opinion, anyone over 275 pounds would probably find the seat way too narrow. So take that into consideration if you’re a tall or large individual. This is a really attractive chair with well-working mechanisms and excellent in comfort. ... show more

First and foremost, this chair comes in a large and heavy package, so be prepared for that. Opening the package is straightforward, just follow the instructions marked at the bottom of the box. Once unboxed, you'll find that the chair's upper and lower parts are separate, which should make it convenient for moving and assembly. The upper part is relatively lighter. The installation process is simple. In terms of quality, it appears to be well-made and durable. This recliner is ideal for households with elderly family members, thanks to its ability to lift to a convenient height for them to stand up comfortably. It can also recline almost flat, offering versatility. The only downside might be the massage function. At this price point, you can't expect a high-end massage experience, but considering the cost, it provides decent massage options. While it's not comparable to more expensive massage chairs, it gets the job done. Additionally, it offers heating and various massage modes, making it quite comfortable overall.
