    • Good stuff but can’t open it!
Has good hold, gives the texture I want. But I’ve tried for 3 days to open the pump with no success. I guess I haven’t found the trick to it. I just unscrew the cap to use. It’s too thick to transfer to another bottle.

The actual product is okay; I’m not a hair product expert, but it has good hold without any residual flakiness. The problem is the pump: I was not able to open the pump (spout) on the first one I got, so I returned for another one, and I was not able to open the pump on it either- despite trying everything I could think of! Then the stalk came off of the pump mechanism and fell into the gel- I can’t get it out!! So I stick my pinky finger into the bottle to get the product… ... show more
