I have made steaks , chicken and other things that might stick. nothing has sticks to the pans. Clean up ws a breeze. I used low or medium heat to cook, that is all you need for the pans to heat to a perfect temperature. All the lids fit perfect. The handles don't get hot just a little warm.

I have been in deseparate need of new non stick pans for years, but after reading reviews of potential brands I comtemplated purchasing, ultimately deciding to pass on those products. Just before Christmas, a friend told me about these pans that her sister owned and cooked a meal for her where she scorched the food and she witnessed her wipe it right out with a paper towel and the pan was not ruined. She shared the link with me and after reading reviews and for the price, thought these sound promising and budget friendly. I love to cook, so I was excited to see if these pans live up to their claims. They do!! I have used them multiple times, cooking different meals and all with the same result, none of the food sticks and I can literrally wipe clean with a paper towel (I do wash them. I'm just amazed that they wipe clean with a paper towel). My husband has also had fun cooking with these pans. He loves them as much as I do. I included a picture of scrambled eggs that I made and the pan after putting them on my plate. I didn't have to use non stick spray and haven't for anything I've cooked. These are truly non stick and they are pretty too. I've told everyone I know about these pans and another friend recently purchased after my recommendation. ... show more

These pans are an amazing find! I have been tossing out my older non-stick pans that have scratched because of concerns about the possibility of toxins being released into our food. This set seemed like a healthier alternative, so I decided to give them a try , especially at this price. I have been cooking for more than 50 years and have owned a large variety of pans. These are now my favorite. They truly are non-stick and so easy to clean. They stack together nicely, so don't take up a lot of space in my cupboard. I purchased these pots and pans as a Christmas gift for my wife, who is the primary cook in our household. Initially, we were impressed with their aesthetic appeal and the comfortable feel they offer. These cookware items are notably lighter than our older Calphalon set, making them easier to handle. It's worth mentioning that while the handles have a wood-like appearance, they are not made of wood and will burn your hand if you touch them while hot. In terms of performance, during our limited usage, they have demonstrated even cooking, which is a significant plus. Furthermore, following the manufacturer's recommendation to allow them to cool down before cleaning, we found them exceptionally easy to clean. However, the main issue we encountered relates to the handles. Although they have an attractive design, we experienced a durability concern. During the very first use, while boiling eggs on medium heat, a portion of the handle unexpectedly broke off with a loud pop. We were surprised to find a piece of the handle on our griddle cover. I've attached pictures taken immediately after this incident, including one of the underside of the handle. In summary, we are quite fond of these pots and pans with the exception of their durability. Given this issue, we are considering returning them and exploring alternative options. We are also looking into the possibility of getting a replacement pot to prevent any safety concerns related to the handle. It's worth noting that our experience may be an isolated incident, as we haven't come across similar reports in the few Amazon reviews we've read. I'll update this review to share the resolution once it's reached. UPDATE 01/11/2024: After posting my above update, I planned to reach out to Carote. I was not able to do so that day and when I was about to do so two days later, I noticed I had already received an email from Carote Brands via my Amazon account. By reaching out to me, they saved me additional time of having to reach out to them. They resolved the issue in a way which leaves me completely satisfied and will to try their products going forward. As for our pans, they have been working really well. I am still continually surprised at how light weight they are based on how the look. The non-stick feature has been very good as well. Even when letting melted cheese dry in the pot, I soak it in water for about ten minutes and then everything wipes out with a sponge. I haven't had any issues with cooking food or cleaning the dishes. Due to the warning in the packaging and the warnings in the instructions, we keep a cloth between the pans/pots that we are stacking to protect the material. I have updated my 2-star review to 4 stars to reflect their excellent customer service and the quality of the product, with the exception of my first review. I will update this in the future if I can remember or if someone reaches out. ... show more

I placed an order for the pot set. The larger pot was missing its screws. Customer service immediately replaced the entire pot without asking for the old one in return. So there was no inconvenience to me. They were more than willing to help. The pot set itself has been great. It cooks evenly and doesn’t have a smell to them like some other pans do. They leave some staining but I have the cream color pans so that’s expected I suppose. I’m very happy with the quality of the pans. Thank you Carote! This is the best cookware ive ever owned !!! I have used them for years and im not a great cook but im learning that being said im pretty famous for destroying a pot and pan set, Despite my ability to damage a set these still look brand new nothing sticks and so easy to clean I am convinced these will last me for life. any time they come out with something new on the website i want it. I also bought the RV set for camping where the handle comes off so i can cook it over the fire pit or on a grill and same quality tried and true and everyone who uses my set is amazed at how nice it is.
