'm so happy I found this brand. I bought a collection of different sizes for my family and then bought this for my dad. He lives alone and makes eggs every day. He loves it and makes multiple omelets at a time and saves two for later. Very easy to clean and I like the finish.

It is smaller then the picture but no matter I love it. Is sturdy the handle solid plus gives a nice look to it.. Don't use nothing that can scratch the surface...I use Heat resistance utensil and easy to flip over your eggs or whatever else your cooking spread a dap butter or oil It only takes a few minutes and your breakfast is done. I needed a pan I could easily make round over easy eggs for my weekly meal prep. It cooks quickly and evenly and a short amount of time. I do recommend lightly spraying with some type of cooking spray to avoid eggs sticking to pan.

It’s so hard to find individual items that work perfectly on induction cooktops. Because this pan has such a large service area on the bottom, the induction stove was able to read it. This pan cooked a perfect breakfast sandwich -pancakes, scrambled eggs and ground turkey (sausage replacement). I sprayed the pan with Pam and set the stove on medium, added the egg first then the pancakes and as they were finishing, I added the precooked turkey. I used a mini silicone spatula to flip the eggs and pancakes. When all was done I flipped the entire pan onto my plate and assembled the sandwich. I’ve since used it to reheat pancakes, cook fried eggs, sausages and a Jell-o tower w/different flavors. The absolute best part of this is the cleanup! No egg rings, griddle or multiple pans to clean, just a spray of dish soap and wipe of a paper towel and it was spotless! See the photo for an idea of the residue that required cleaning. Tips: Never use high heat on any pan unless frying with oil. Gently cook your food to preserve nutrients and prevent burning. Even though some cookware may say dishwasher safe, always hand wash. Dishwashers will remove finishes on pans after repeated washes. Be careful using the scrubbing sponge as this may also damage the finish on certain cookware. ... show more

I used to buy Starbucks turkey bacon cheddar egg white sandwich. I realized there’s not much cooking involved and they put so little egg and turkey so decide to make it at home. I used this metal egg ring but they started to stick so much and it as such a pain in the butt to take all the stuck egg around the ring every time! So I decided to invest in this item and oh man did I wish I got it sooner. Doesn’t even stick (although I put some avocado oil) and white cooking egg white in one of the spot, I heat up turkey bacon (cut into 2 inch pieces) and fill the other two with cold water. While the pan is on heat, I don’t want empty spots to burn or deteriorate because it’s empty… so always put some water into empty spots if you’re not using all 4 at once. Such a good item I’m thinking I’d buy second one for future use when this one gets old & nasty. ... show more

    • Difficult to use but created a great result

The media could not be loaded. When Amazon sent me a suggestion to purchase this pan I was intrigued. The shape and style of the pan is really contemporary and appears to be ideal for a number of uses. When it arrived right away I noticed the pan was much smaller than it appears in photos. So I was a little disappointed. The next morning I mixed up some scrambled egg product and put it to the test. I sprayed each cup generously with cooking spray. I slightly preheated the pan. I poured egg mixture into each cup being careful not to go too high up the cup. I watched as the eggs cooked when it was 1/2 way cooked I decided to add a lid I had here at my house to create an oven type effect which I believe was crucial to the cooking. When the eggs looked 3/4 cooked, I used my MINI spatula ( this is a MUST) to individually flip the eggs. I was very careful and as you see there’s egg on my stove. Flipping is extremely difficult. One thing I can say is it’s definitely non- stick! Do I hate this pain? No. The finished product was light and fluffy and delicious. This pan will help prep breakfast sandwiches for 3 days besides providing my breakfast this morning. ... show more
