Quick delivery of 4 days for a large item. Assembly was extremely easy and took about 25 mins, because most of it is already assembled, you’re just adding some items. All the tools need for the assembly were included in the package. Scooter came fully charged, so we were able to assemble and ride it immediately. Scooter has 3 speed levels, one at 9mph, one at 15mph & one at 20 mph. Speed level can be changed very easy with the push of a button. Digital display is simple to use and shows your speed and level. The 3 speeds made it easier for our younger kids to use without it going too fast. Nice unexpected safety feature includes a brake light and a LED headlight. It also includes 2 keys that are required to start the scooter. All 3 of our kids, ages 10, 14 & 17 were all able to ride it and had a lot of fun. I am not Amazon prime and the scooter was still delivered in just one day. The packing was great, very well sealed and all scooter components well protected. It is easy to assemble. Actually It took me more time to unpack and remove all the protections than assembling the scooter itself. It also comes with a few tools to be used for adjusting the seat, back light and basket. The first battery charge was completed in less than 30 minutes. The key is convenient, but sometimes it is not easy to access, as it is close to the battery and under the scooter structure. Initially it was not turning on as I positioned the key as "UNLOCK" instead of "ON", but It was easy to realize after I crouched down a bit and took a good look at it. The materials and the scooter structure look really good. The scooter is agile, brakes are good and responds very well to my weight (165lbs). I do suggest wearing a helmet. The media could not be loaded. First off, shipping was super fast and had it delivered within a few days. It was package with great care and setup was as simple as it gets. Any tools needed are supplied which was super helpful because I didn’t have to go searching for the right ones in my garage. Once it was all set to go I was amazed at how much fun it was to drive. There is next to no learning curve, it really was that easy. There is very good pick up on it and goes plenty fast. The handling is very responsive. I love how well built this scooter is. It seems to be very durable due to the build quality. Also, the battery is very long lasting. The basket on the back it very convenient to carry along anything you might want or need. I can’t imagine the packing was very good , very well sealed and all scooter components well protected. It is easy to assemble. It’s suitable for adults and big children. My 12 year old son loved it. The bakes are great, it’s easy to use and stop. It has three speeds and easy to control. my son usually use speed one, I always use speed 2. This scooted did not work. We put it together on Christmas Day my son wrote it for five minutes, and it powered off and never power back on. Yes, we put it together like it was supposed to. Yes, it was charged. Yes, the key was in the right position I have been trying to contact the seller And they’re basically refusing to refund my money. I cannot get in contact with the human being on the phone I’m having to matches the company back-and-forth. Can someone please help I need my money back the scooter was 299 but I had to pay $150 shipping fee so basically paid $500 I just want my money back so my son can get a different scooter and enjoy his Christmas present. ... show more

We put it together like the instructions said charged it wrote it for five minutes and it just turned off and whenever power back on I even had a mechanic look at it and it still wouldn’t work. I keep trying to return this product and the seller is refusing. There’s not even a human being to get in contact with the talk to about the scooter, I also had to pay $150 shipping fee so the scooter ended up costing me $500 instead of the 299 I just want my money back can anyone help I reported the seller and I’ve been messaging the seller back-and-forth and it’s like they refusing to give me my money back and the scooter is brand new basically

The assembly is almost ready and it only took me about 15-30 minutes to put it up and figured out how to use it. I like the way how it looks without the basket, so I didn’t install the basket. I got the p2 blue. The color looks very much same as in the picture. The quality of the paint and frame structure is better than expected. It’s sturdy. It’s well built. It has disc brake both front and rear and it’s responsive. The led headlight is bright and the brake light is helpful. My intention was getting this bike as a toy so my kids can play around the house, but surely this is fund to use daily to school/work around town. ... show more
