    • Almost exact carburetor
Carb. was relatively easy ti install, fuel filter(with kit) is for a 1/4" fuel line, 5/16 line from tank so it's worthless. Fuel inlet on replacement faces straight up, when it needs to be pointing forward to keep fuel line from crimping. On 1999 TRX 400 FW.

    • Kinda hard to install, had to rig it to work
It was a pain in the butt to install, and not every thing lines up, it does take some rigging to fit a Honda big red. But the Honda big red three wheeler is just hard to work on the carburetor. It fixed my problem for about 30 seconds….. then the air ratio needle fall out while I was riding and It got lost. ... show more

    • Got my TRX300 running like new!
I read most of the reviews and I'm sorry that some people did not get the fuel filter, it cost $0,99 at most auto parts stores! I decided to give this a try anyway, and I am SO glad that I did. My 98 Honda TRX 300 purrs like a kitten now and it hasn't done that in 3 years. It now starts within 2 seconds of touching the starter button and runs better than it ever has! For $34.00 I got my four wheeler back, and that is what I wanted! I did receive my filter and the carb fit exactly like the original! The only way that this carb could have been better is if they installed it for me as I slept. No complaints, it's all good! ... show more

Trx300 ran better than ever. Only down side is the plastic fuel inlet. The inlet comes out at a bad angle and tends to leak. Overall for the price it’s worth it. Everything else is identical to the original.

    • Get what you pay for
So I have a 1986 Honda Fortrax 250 the first problem I had was the hole for the throttle cable to go through was too small had to drill out and tap to make fit second problem was choke was not the right one and lastly the curb keeps flooding in the flow is not working this has been happening multiple times have taken it apart and rebuilt and cleaned multiple times and is still having the problem it runs good for about 1015 minutes and then it pisses out fuel and floods because the float does not work granted you get what you paid for it went on easy after you had to modify it ... show more
