I would compare the scent to bath and body works "Fresh Balsam" but a hint lighter. The Pura device is great because it will release scent periodically and not continuously. This was defective. You have to scan the Qc code before inserting and it scans to a health facility. I was unable to use it in my Pura 3 which is not connecting to my WiFi. Both are defective.
