  • Decent quality but heavy and flexy
Decent quality but very heavy. I only got the 30 in wide model, I can't imagine how heavy the 36 would be. Handle is slippery and could use a foam grip to help you manage it. The weight combined with being a steel shovel means that it will catch on any tiny imperfection in your driveway... Even just normal broomed concrete marks. And not very stiff, could use some side braces as when the corners catch the entire shovel flexes. Good for smooth driveways and pushing only a few inches of snow at a time due to the weight and width of it. ... show more

  • Heavy duty pusher shovel moves snow quickly
The heavy weight and wide swath provided by the steel blade makes this shovel ideal for the type of snow I receive on the Colorado plains. Snowstorms tend to drop 1-4 inches of relatively low moisture snow. The shovel easily pushes that volume of snow out of the way. I don't need to lift the snow or lift the shovel, just push the snow to the side. The shovel is less ideal when the snow is significantly deeper or is especially high in moisture content and more than 3 inches deep. In that case, I switch to a shovel with a narrower and lighter blade because the snow requires more lifting than pushing. It still works for heavier snow, but the heavy duty, wide blade means that it takes more effort to lift the blade when loaded with snow. ... show more

  • Don't buy! Bad product and bad company
I had high hopes for this snow shovel, but it has been a big disappointment. I had it for more than the 30-day return window before it snowed enough to need to use this shovel. After using it once, it rusted so badly that it stained my garage floor! At this rate it's going rust out long before it should. Then the next week we got 8 to 10 inches of fairly heavy show, but this shovel performed very poorly. It is so heavy by its self that adding a shovel full of snow makes it a burden to use. I tried to contact the company to see if they would accept a return or replace it, but they didn't respond. I contacted Amazon for help, but since it was beyond 30 days, they denied my request. Be warned! This is a poorly designed and build snow shovel and the company is unresponsive. ... show more

  • Going great so far
This is the first snow pusher I've ever purchased or used. So far it has been great. We have a large driveway and shoveling was a pain in the back. (Literally) I've unfortunately had the opportunity to use it multiple times already, and I'm really glad I bought it. I usually start with pushing a line from the house from the center of the driveway down to the street. Then go back and forth side to side. It's much faster than shoveling, and even though the pusher is heavier, I'm not lifting it up much. Only "complaint" I have, is the product was shipped in a trash bag, with the label struck to the trash bag. I mean it's sturdy, but a trash bag? Lol Still, great product. ... show more

  • Not what I expected
The Pros of this shovel are: .Good size .Good on Asphalt .Strong blade .Good Handle The Cons are: .Too Heavy .Doesn't work well on Gravel .Design is not good to push snow(it falls down from the top) .Screw doesn't secure the blade when shoveling heavy snow I wouldn't recommend this shovel. If you're looking for something like this perhaps trying the 26' inch one may be better overall. ... show more

First impression is this is a well built sturdy product. Heavy gauge steel with fiberglass handle and a reinforced handle grip. After some Minnesota use this year I’ll update review. The only improvement I would ask for is a high end version from stainless. Updated 12/29/19 Used this shovel three times now and it’s fantastic. They did a nice simple job of a tool that is indispensable. Thanks for a quality product. ... show more

  • Heavy duty and non-stick blade
This is a heavy gauge steel pusher, and it has a really good non-stick coating on the entire blade. The blade surface area does not lend itself to lift and throw large amounts of snow, but that is not what I bought it for. This type is good for snow depth of probably less than 6". The 30" blade width is nice for clearing a walkway or driveway faster than the normal shovel width of about 18"-20". It is a little bit heavier than a standard shovel. I recently used it on 3" of wet slushy driveways, and it performed great. Very well built, and worth the money. Kudos to the manufacturer of this U.S.A.- made product! ... show more

  • Oh Yes
I wanted to wait until a good snowstorm and the resulting driveway battle to write a review. This shovel does a fantastic job; great balance between forward snow-throwing angle (fast bulldozer) and the ability to lift and throw what's left. I'm five decades young and I can handle this effectively. The D-grip handle and overall length is good for my 6'01" height. A great buy. ... show more
