    • Powdery Mildew Killer
After trying a few other things for the extensive powdery mildew infestation, I purchased this. It worked in one try. I've been spraying weekly with a Copper Fungicide & even tried a home remedy with Baking Soda. But nothing was touching my powdery mildew problem. I saw this & figured I'd try something else. In one application, it has obliterated the mildew which is especially bad this season. It does have a slight sulfur smell but nothing too awful. And I can live with a mild smell if it kills the powdery mildew. Will definitely be using this the next time I have an outbreak. ... show more

    • Works on spider mites
It's a pain to mix with water for a spray, but that's the nature of sulfur. I put 3 Tbs in a bowl with some water & mush it around until the sulfur is wetted before adding it to 1 fallon of water in a sprayer. Use a plastic sprayer to prevent corrosion & shake as you spray to keep it mixed. (I have to get it under leaves to get mites & the only way to do that is by mixing it with water.) ... show more

I mix the powder with with water and spray the leaves of my Hoya as both a treatment and preventative against flat mites. Eight weeks of treating any new growth is required. It disperses in water easily, and almost always produces new growth shortly after application.

I bought this bag of sulfur powder - expecting some very needed pest control results; well I'm still waiting and haven't seen an inkling of good results. I spread some of the powder, pretty smelly if I might add (somewhat expected), on my cucumbers and some other plants... well, I've seen the big beetles come around now... The cuke leaves look horrible and those big brown (Japenese beetles) started popping up! I can't exactly recommend this product and I've heard it should work!!! ... show more
