I still have the cow and elephant to complete but very happy the way the kitten and Pug turned out. Helpful tips: Most PBN kits paint are thick. Try adding a drop in f water at a time until you get a smooth and thinner consistency. When adding the water the paint may appear ‘separated” and bubbly but continue to mix (I use a tooth pick) and it will become incorporated again. I tend to stir like I would with a cake batter when mixing, adding a folding method until I get the desired consistency. I prefer my paint to look like cake batter, smooth but not too transparent. IMPORTANT, Add water one drip at a time. I use a cheap yeyé dropper I got from the dollar store. All paint will mix differently. I’ve found that light colors seem to require more water and the darker colors use less. I’m not a chemist so I have no clue why, but t that’s just been my observation. Another great tip, invest in good quality liner paint brushes. It will help in the really small areas and give more control. I also brave my pinky against the canvas and that will stabilize your hand and reduce any shaking. My last tip, paint light to dark. Dark colors will easily cover the light so if you did out outside the li es, you can easily correct any mistakes. I hope this was helpful! Have fun painting!!! ... show more
