I'm someone who suffers with high skin sensitivities, and I don't mean sunlight making my skin break out in freckles, but to cold weather, wind, heat, all the above making my uncovered skin absolutely crawl with overstimulation (it’s a type of fibromyalgia). There are some days the skin on my arms literally feels like a foreign body attached to me if I don't have something making direct contact with my arms or have some kind of bracelet on them to create pressure to focus on. I’ve seen these sleeves popping up a lot while browsing for solutions on days the crawling feeling is practically unbearable. So, finally, I decided to try these out. These sleeves are snug and create the contact I’m looking for. While wearing them I no longer feel the crawling, uncomfortable sensation of my uncovered skin attached to me. This has been such a huge relief for overstimulation on my skin, especially at work. It's almost like wearing a weighted blanket on my arms, I no longer have the urge to shift, move, or constantly readjust just to get comfortable and make the crawling stop. These arm sleeves feel and look like a combination of rib knit and thick nylon material. They’re smooth, fit very well and super snug, but not unbearable. The “one size fits all” is true to the packaging. I’m a female who is average built in the arms and thought for certain that they would be loose or slide down during activities. Admittedly, they do slide just a little on my biceps, but I don’t find myself pulling them back up very often when they do. They do get cool when the wind blows. I thought it would bother my skin the sudden shift in temperature, but, surprisingly, it does not so long as the pressure remains. These sleeves will certainly be a new part of my daily lifestyle. I do not know how it is possible, but this type of material actually makes my arms feel cooler with these UV protecting sleeves than they do without any sleeves at all! It truly is a wonderful invention - to have sleeves that feel good in the sunshine and protect your arms from the harsh rays. These sleeves truly do for most sizes of arms. I have a moderately tiny arm for a woman, and they feel snug and do not fall off, neither are they too constricting. They are even the right size for putting on my legs when I wear shorts! I like that this pack comes with six pairs- two each of the colours black, light grey, and dark grey. I play pickleball in Texas and it gets hot. There is also a lot of sun that I want to avoid. I used these today when it was a little over 80 and the sun was out. They were a tad warm but not unbearable. I liked the compression and the fact that they blocked the sun. When I got back in the car they felt surprisingly cold. I actually had to turn the AC a little warmer because of it which I consider to be a good thing. The sleeves slip nicely over the arms, cooling them instantly. Great for spf protection. I use these golfing and fishing and don't feel any restriction of movement while wearing them. I like that they come in several colors to fit my mood or outfit at the moment.

I'm fairly light complected and burn easily. I also like to cycle so covering my arms is something I need to do to protect my arms from sunburn. In the past I've purchased rather expensive sleeves (e.g. $40 per pair) from cycling shops and they've worked great, so I thought I would give these a try at a fraction of the price along with having some nice color variations. I have what I would call averaged sized arms and wear a 33/37 sleeve on my long sleeve shirts. These compression sleeves fit me perfectly and are quite comfortable.
