These were just what I was looking for. Nice looking, easy to install. I've gotten compliments from few neighbors. I replaced my old outside garage lights from the 1990s with these. Very pleased.

    • Looks good and should hold up well
I really like the way these look, and they provide a classic yet modern look to our front entryway. The installation went relatively smoothly. Setting the depth for the screws on the mounting hardware took me a moment to form an effective strategy, but I got it quickly enough. The little ball end caps that cover the mounting screws on the finished exterior are very small, and twice I dropped one while trying to install the lights--dropped into dirt and almost couldn't find them again. I wish that they included one or two extras of these just in case one gets lost because if you drop one and it's gone...the whole thing will look terrible. The material is fairly thin, and if I wanted to bend and ruin the thing, I very easily could. That said, I'm not expecting these to see a whole lot of aggressive touching, so I think they're fine for my needs. Price is maybe a little high considering build quality, but its not far off. All in all, very happy with this purchase. ... show more

Beautiful and efficient. We had 2 different styles of barn lights on our front porch, shop and shed. I loved the LED porch light we had but after the 3rd time that the LEDs quit, uninstalling it, returning to store, reinstalling new one - I gave up. I was sad because it was a beautiful light fixture and I couldn't find anything else close to it in our area. Then I checked Amazon and viola. Found these beauties! I couldn't believe the price was 2 lights either. I installed one as soon as they arrived. Hubby was working out of town and I didn't want to wait. ;) The install was super easy because the bulk of the weight for the fixture is in the bowl which you attach after you have the base mounted. Loved it so much, ordered another set and replaced the 3 other lights on the shop and shed. They're beautiful and they work great. Just FYI - I also ordered bug bulbs that have I built I dusk to dawn sensor from Amazon and installed with these lights - easy peasy and super efficient. ... show more

Great looking and Great Price! I could end the review there and call it a day but hey I will share a little more. They were packaged well. No damage upon arrival. I turned off the power to the exterior lights and removed the old lights. If you're not skilled in electrical work, hire an electrician. Better to be safe than sorry. I had to get some little black washers to assist the little black nuts on the outside so everything would snug up tight enough. Really easy to install and they look great! I'd like to see some type of foam gasket included in the kit to make them more air/dust/water tight at the base mounting plate. Also they could toss in some extra little black fasteners -0- they're just so darn easy to drop in the dirt and lose. These look great and provide the downward controlled light I was looking for. The inside of the lamp housing is a copper color and provides a warm glow at night. I would definitely buy these again and I just might to replace my Garage lanterns one day. ... show more

They were priced so low that I was worried about how they would look in person, but I needn’t have worried because they look great. The have been up for about a year now and they still look brand new.
