I got this today and I am pretty happy with the purchase so far. It looks good and all pieces were there including hardware, clips and cover. It was very difficult to put together though. Took me about 3.5 hours. But I go slow. If you use a drill with the proper attachment you would probably be faster but you cannot reach all spots with the drill and they need to be done by hand with the provided tools. That was frustrating at times. Not hard but just time consuming. I felt it to not be the most comfortable to sit in, and it is kind of low, but I am sure I’ll get used to it. Clipping the pieces together makes it more sturdy. I might recommend using Velcro for the cushions some how as they are slippery. All in all a pretty good buy I think. First of all when assembling do not use the silly angle Allen wrench and 10mm wrench included, use a combination 10mm wrench and a cordless drill with Allen tip on magnetic tip holder. Open all boxes first. Remove all parts and lay them out with letters visible. Take 1 of the empty boxes and use as a workbench. Will take another set of hands to hold parts while hand tightening screws. Put all screws in first finger tight before using drill to tighten. Took about an hour to assemble. After my wife changed the layout of seating for about a week, I installed the clips to hold the sections together. Do yourself a favor and spend 10 bucks more to get an extra set of clips. Three clips per union works way better than 2. We also purchased the 2 ottoman storage set that has the removable cushions so u can use as end table or footrest or actual seat. These come pre assembled, just take them out of the box. GREAT place to store the furniture cover that was included with the set. Had set about a month now, no complaints. I have read complaints in other reviews about getting boxes on different days, the rattan not lining up, 6 hours to build!? Furniture moving around.. Belive me was a simple build with drill w/ allen wrench tip on magnetic tip holder and the box end of a 10mm wrench. Also, those sticky things that you put in drawers and toolbox drawers so utensil don't slide when you open drawers hold the cushions from sliding around. Think mine were Rubbermaid brand. Just lay them under the cusions. Cushions are 4 inches thick and comfortable. They are WATER RESISTANT, not water proof. For the 599 I paid, I could not be any more satisfied. BTW, my 2 Morkies, Rocco and Benji simply love the set. They use it way more than we do! Great look, good price! Very happy with this purchase. Was easy to assemble, good quality, and very comfortable. Even comes with a cover for windy days or winter. Only modification I made to this set was 3M Velcro added to the cushions so they don't blow around on very windy days. The gazebo helps to reduce the wind effects so overall a great addition to our outdoor deck. ... show more

Love that I didn’t have to spend thousands on some outdoor furniture. It’s comfy and stylish. Be prepared to spend a good portion of your day putting it together. But worth it in the long run.

We bought this product in June 2020. We live in Eastern NC. The furniture sits on our back patio (screened in). Assembly: it wasn't too much of a hassle but the tools provided did not make it easy depending on the location of the screws. That was a bit frustrating. Cushions and cover: The cover for the product lasted for 12 months and then it started to rip. The cushions are comfortable (regular outdoor cushions, nothing fancy about them). Their covers can be removed which worked fine for the first two years and then the inside of the cushion covers started to fray and the inserts started to fall apart when we tried to remove them; especially the cushions you use as a back rest. The cushions are removed during off-season and are stored in a box during rain, stormy weather etc., i.e. protected from the elements when not in use. You'd think they'd last longer than 2 years. We also spray them with waterproof and weatherproof spray to add additional protection in case they do get exposed to moisture. You also have to use something between the cushion and the seat to stop the cushion from moving. We bought the mats you put under rugs to prevent them from happening. Sturdiness: The sectional is sturdy. However the material has started to break apart all over the place. The plastic (?) just wears out too quickly. The table has several holes now and it cannot be fixed. Same is happening to the seats. For right now, it does not affect its use but it's starting to look worn. We'll be able to get through this season and that will be it. I don't think, we can get another year without it affecting the seating surfaces. Misc: If you live in an area with lots of pests, be prepared to spray the inside of the sectional. It creates a perfect spot for spiders, bugs, even mice to feel comfortable underneath there. So, you frequently have to move it and clean out the inside of the seats to remove whatever insects decided to use it as a home. We had mice using it has a hiding spot during the winter. Overall: It was okay for the first two years but we would not buy it again. Not just from this seller but the type of patio furniture. This type of furniture may look good but it does not last. Its nooks and crevices collect all types of dust, pollen, dirt, and insects. The hot summer months will break down the material quickly.
