I bought thus swing in August of 2019 for $199. The first 2 years I covered it and had no problems. The covers don't attach but I ran a swing arround the bench and tucked them in so they didn't blow away. They are not great cushions but for the price I didn't expect them to be. I didn't cover it this year and the cover has a small tear on each side so I plan to replace it. I use this swing a lot and my husband and I are not small people yet we find it pretty sturdy. I have a home daycare and can tell you we have tested the weight capacity when we are on oit and 12 littles want to sit with us (of course they have to take turns but we have had 2 or 3 squeeze between us and 2 on our laps and still felt safe and secure) It has also blown over but that is rare and with winds that no one is outside during (storms, hurricanes. Etc.) All in all, I am happy with it! ... show more

Assembly was a task for sure, but it's a really great swing and I enjoy it a lot with my toddler. Sturdy and comfortable. My advice is to be sure not to mix up the bolts when you open their package, as the numbers are not-so-conveniently written on the cardboard backing. The canopy is great too I just forgot to take another picture after adding it, I like how it will easily rotate ... show more

Love this swing. Wish I could give it 5 stars but I just can’t. Very sturdy and high quality. My problem is with the cushions. The bench itself is a nice sturdy canvas, but the cushions are 3 separate “seat” cushions. Back and sear same but 3 cushions sit side by side. Nice thickness on cushions but they are silky and slippery. They don’t stay in position well. We are going to go buy some sew on Velcro and sew a strip on top of the back part of the cushion and have it Velcro to the back of the bench. Might also Velcro each sear to each other (because right now they are all over the place and not sitting the same. We night also get some shelf lining mats to put under the seat part. Frustrating that we have to do this. But of all the swings I saw, this is super well made and has nice and high weight limit. So it’s worth extra hassle to keep the cushions in place. If the cushions had a strap to secure to the back to keep in place this would 100% be 5 stars. Easy to assemble and sturdy- 5 stars for those 2 parts. But absolutely AWFUL for the cushions and how they won’t seat in position. Cushions thick enough and comfy but just slide out of position too much ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I looked at several bench swings and am so glad I finally chose this one! I was happy to be able to assemble this by myself. Step by step instructions made it easy! All the parts were here, no damages, all pieces fit together, and it didn't take very long before I was enjoying my new swing! It fits in my small patio perfectly, yet still big enough to stretch my legs while swinging or laying down. When its in the bed position, its still and stable (no swinging). The middle bar is definitely felt when laying down on the bed, but it's easy to just move to the side of it - or just bring blanket and pillows. The canopy fits tightly and adjusts/holds well at any angle. The cushions are a few inches thick, and they fold in half if I want to sit/lay on even more cushion. I was excited to purchase and set up this swing. I had had a swing like it for almost 20 years prior and was a staple of my family home. Finding one that was seemingly identical on Amazon was a thrill once I completed the set up, I was disappointed to find that there is a deficiency in the build of the seats. There aren’t any challenges doing the actual set up, but once you are done and you sit down on the swing, the angles are completely out of whack. You immediately feel like you were going to fall off the swing. The slope at which the seat is built is not correct. Definitely dangerous for kids if they try to seat themselves on it. And even as an adult, you will automatically feel how odd the seating is. ultimately, I was disappointed. And now, because it is already built out and in my backyard, I don’t really know how to return it or if that would even be an option. Definitely some odd proportions and deficiencies in the manufacturing. ... show more

Arrived in a timely manner, no missing parts, no scratches like some reviews mentioned. As a few reviews mentioned, be careful opening the packet with the hardware. I used scissors and cut a slit in the plastic over the sections as I needed them and that seem to keep them organized. Directions were ok. Sometimes it helped to look a few steps ahead to tell which way certain pieces went. The included wrench didn’t fit a few nuts very well. The directions call for 2 people and says it will take about an hour. That was true for me and my husband. It’s a little low for sitting down and standing back up, but a comfortable height to swing. I’m 6’ and husband is 6’3”. There’s no way either of us could lay comfortably. Didn’t have any issues with the cushions moving around while sitting or getting up. I’m giving 3.5 because the fabric could be a better quality, directions a little clearer and it isn’t particularly heavy like you would expect of something that is supposed to hold 750lbs while swinging. I’ll try and remember to update after a few months in the FL sun. ... show more
