I have a red dye allergy so I can’t take the pink pill form of Benadryl. I love this dye free option. I take one 25mg pill at night before going to bed and I’m able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep throughout the night. I also am less reactive to allergens. There is no flavor and I have never experienced any stomach issues related to taking this medication. My only complaint is that the package is really challenging to open.
