I am an adult woman but very much still a tomboy in the way that I dress most of the time, I love oversized things and most of the time that’s all I wear. So I read reviews for this and decided to go with my normal size I’m normally a L/Xl I’m 183lbs, 5,5”. So I ordered the XL and I wish I’d gotten a photo before I returned it but I didn’t. It was way too large, for something like this and the material it was made of in my opinion it’s not something you’d want hanging off of you so much. I wear soft real flannel shirts and I wear those in a men’s XL and they look fine and casual but this just looked too odd because the material is so thick it’s more of a jacket than a flannel which was expected but how oversized it was just really didn’t flatter at all. So if I re order this it will probably be in a size medium and that will be more of normal oversized look like you’d want for a jacket. The other thing I read a lot in reviews was people saying it wasn’t going to keep you warm- if you live somewhere where it snows a lot no it will not keep you warm but if you live in CA like me it’s going to be all you need lol it was plenty warm and heavy feeling like wearing a blanket which was nice. I want to say I did really like it, it was a cool piece just way too big. Material was good quality just not super soft but I think I will re order it because I did really like this. Okay.. so many good things to say about this and I finally have time to spill the beans. I’ve been saving my energy for a whole 2 months to be able to give y’all a good review 😂 I ordered a Small and it’s the perfect oversized fit. Its pretty true to size. I think XS would have been less “shacket” looking & im usually between those two sizes depending on the item… I got this for a trip to Vegas during the fall, for the cooler temperature in the evenings and I’m so glad i did. it kept me warm in about 40-50 degree weather but I have also worn it in about 60-70 weather. It’s flexible but not stretchy if that makes sense, it’s not stiff. Its not too thick/heavy. Not scratchy. if I can explain, it reminds me of a woven blanket with decent thread count on the inside and the outside is more soft, it has a fleece material but only slightly. It’s the perfect balance and consistency between a shirt and jacket. I would recommend washing before wearing, it felt more cozy after the wash! My husband jokingly said he was tired of me wearing this but I swear I just want to wear it everyday!! The color scheme is also freaking AMAZING- the grey, tan, & white. It looks soo good worn with an all black outfit but I’ve also worn it with a tan shirt, brown shirt, pink, dark green, grey underneath. it makes any outfit looks so cute dressed up or down! What a great day to get this delivery! 43 degree February day in northern WI. I absolutely love this Shacket! It is a tad bit bulky in the shoulders making me look pretty broad BUT that doesn’t take away from how much I love this shirt. I can’t wear a sweatshirt under it just because it makes it even bulkier butttt it still has a million styling options. I opted not to keep this because it is very short. I’m barely 5’6 and because this flannel is heavy, it felt chunky and sloppy without the longer fit I typically get in a flannel / shacket. For me, this fell high on my hip. Weight and pattern were nice.

I loooove oversized things, so deciding to order a size up after reading reviews was hard. On one hand, many people were saying to just size up in general, on the other, some were saying that the fit was perfect and what they wanted exactly, so I was confused! I ordered a size up (large, I'm usually a medium 6-8) and that was a good choice! It's long and has a good weight that is heavier than a normal flannel, which is what I wanted. If I wanted a normal flannel, I'd go to Goodwill. But the sleeves are big so I can layer underneath and it's long enough that I feel confident wearing leggings underneath and feeling more put together (sometimes you have those days where you don't want your derriere out to the world). Yes, because it is oversized, you will look boxy if you size up. But that's something I don't mind with the right outfit. The pattern is super cute (more gray that I remember the picture showing, but still super cute!) and it can go with many colors/patterns. It holds up SUPER well too! I wore it for a week straight when I first got it, without washing it (ew, I know) because I didn't want to let it go. Nothing pulled, pilled, or got picked off. I washed it and it came out looking the exact same. I'm not expecting it to remain that way forever, but this is much better quality for the price than I was expecting. Some people say the inside was itchy, but I found that while it wasn't as soft as the outside, it still wasn't scratchy. It feels kind of like a canvas material, but definitely not as harsh as that. I'm fine wearing a t-shirt underneath. Also, it doesn't have hand pockets, but honestly, it's okay! The rest of the shacket is decent enough for me. The chest pockets are actually quite big and functional and I often use those for small things like chapstick, random cards, scrunchies, or whatever I could need that I don't want to carry.
