Was not too hard to set up. Purchased the 30’ batting cage. Installed it by myself in about 40 minutes. Would have been easier and faster to set up with a second person. Seems sturdy after installation. I am happy with the purchase. Don’t have to chase balls any more, except for the couple that make it out of the pitching machine hole, but that is to be expected. For the price, this is a pretty good little cage. Perfect for ages 6-10. It is definitely a two person job to put together. Took my wife and I about 2-2.5 hours to put it fully together. Not real sure the “pitching machine hole and back wall net is the way it is though. If you hit towards that machine hole, the ball just goes through it and out of the net. So not sure what the point of that is. But if you hit from the end where the machine hole is, then it works perfect. The net stops the ball and stays in the cage. It was a pain to get it all set up because of lengthy poles sometimes gets separated while you insert through the sleeves. Outside of that, the quality of the net and the durability of the poles are outstanding!! I’ve hit those poles more than a dozen times now in 2 times i’ve used and it stays in place. The net catches the ball so well so it stops it right away! Just be careful of the opening for the pitching machine i still put a L screen up just to be extra safe. ... show more

Honestly if I could give this no stars I would. The only reason I’m not returning it, is because I would have to fight it to break it all down. The instructions are very vague. The devil himself I’m pretty sure designed the end wall hooks that should have just been a zipper. There really is no way to get in the cage unless you leave the end undone. That’s also where her pitching machine will need to be placed so don’t really know how that was thought out well. Also plan for like 4 feet away from the cage for tie down : securing the cage. My daughter saved her money for this cage for 6 months and won’t even really be able to use it. Do yourself a favor by from a different company and go bigger always cause this isn’t it. And overall product may be good for a t ball player and not really even that. ... show more

This was SUPER difficult to put together and took over an hour with help. Wouldn’t recommend if you need it to be broken down each time. If it’s not going to be moved often then it could work for you.

This was pretty easy to set up. Did it myself but could’ve went smoother with 2. Works great and plenty of room for my little leaguer. The pitching hole was bigger than I expected and some balls have been hit through. No problem though. Totally satisfied
