Sleeping on a crappy twin mattress, from the description I thought this would be perfect to give me added padding and a cooler nights sleep. Well it does provide cooling, definately better then sleeping directly on the mattress. The padding how ever is not thick enough to effect how the crappy mattress below effects my sleep. personally for the price I would buy a 2-4" solid memory foam mattress topper and skip this product all together.
