I played with my son over a marathon 6 days. I loved it so much I ordered a recharge pack halfway through. A friend and I are playing now and she liked it so much that I ordered a second game so she and I can continue with our campaigns and play a second game with two friends from church. Interesting mechanics and those fairly new to gaming will get exposed to lots of cool strategies. I love the rhythm of RPG/chose your adventure followed by a board game battle on a different board with different rules every campaign. We are a group who love playing cooperatively. This was super fun. Apart from being a tad bit woke, it was D&D and choose your own adventure all rolled into one! Super fun with friends and definitely worth it!

This game is over a hundred bucks. The components are amazing. The story and gameplay not so much. Three of us picked our characters, got prepared, and were excited to dive in. After 4 hours we packed it up and will never play it again. Might be fun with little kids as that’s the art and stories aim to appeal. If only I could go back in time and save my money! ... show more

I can not say enough good things about this game! The artwork is outstanding, the attention to detail is fantastic, the storyline is *chefs kiss*, the organization of everything is so helpful! It's worth every penny so do yourself a favor and get it NOW!! :) Helpful tips: - Read the instructions in their entirety before sitting down to play! There are a lot and it can seem daunting, but it's an easy read and super important! - Reread the combat setup before combat! We messed it up a bit and almost merked a player.... - It was easier to have one person play the role of narrator, just so there wasn't a "who is reading now?" ... show more
