I purchased this wallet because I was tired of the clustered bi-fold/trifold/new-fad wallets. I was looking for something that was not too flashy, reflected my country roots, and made for an easy, user-friendly wallet. MISSION SUCCESSFUL. I have spent far more for other brand-name wallets that were not the quality of this wallet. The wallet is so much easier to retrieve cards and cash from compared to my other wallets. A word of caution for those seeking a "slim" wallet profile. When you fill all the card slots and place cash into the wallet...remember that the wallet will bulge a bit. As for the wallet profile in the back pocket...I wear basic jeans and the wallet can somewhat stick out about 1/4 inch at most. All this being said...this is a quality product that is practical for me; this is not to say the same for others, but give it a try. This is the second time purchasing this wallet as a gift. We'vegone through a few brands of wallets. He said he will never buy another wallet brand again. This wallet has a very nice stitching and simple design. The metal emblem is well attached and has never become an issue or caused damages to jeans with every day carrying in the back pocket. It has been a very sturdy wallet. It has held up to a puppy trying to chew on it a couple times. The outside remains pristine. Only having to replace it because the cloth guts on the inside were not as tough as the leather exterior. Dog ate the inside card holders and a few of the card corners. Lol. This Ariat wallet was just the thing my husband was looking for. I was hoping he wouldn't like it because I fell in love with the looks. It matches my truck interior! He's using it and likes that it has all those slots for his cards without being bulky like the smaller tri-fold wallets are.

I want so badly to give this wallet a 5 star review, I really do. However, I was heartbroken to find that the cash pockets do not actually fit cash the way you would expect, so this will be a mixed review. First, the openings are almost the exact length of a dollar. When you open the slot to insert the cash, the width takes away from the length making it extremely difficult to slide it in. It's good for an emergency Benji or two but that's about it. The right side stack of card slots is disconnected at the top making it very easy to store cash there but the problem with that is being able to see it from the top. If you carry it in your pocket upside down you run the risk of it falling out when you remove it. Now the good stuff :) this thing is gorgeous. It looks better in person than in the pictures. The stitching is perfect inside and out. It feels and smells like genuine leather. If you feel inside the cash pocket behind the metal emblem there are two round caps, essentially. Meaning the emblem isn't just glued on, there are "posts" going completely through the leather and "capped" with wider disks so it doesn't move at all. The alignment is perfect as well. If you are looking at this and have no interest in carrying much cash, get it. Get it now. I almost want to buy it for you. If your concerns are similar to mine, keep it in your cart and look around a little more. If you come back to it you won't be too terribly displeased. ... show more
