  • High Quality
Color: Black Size: Left Hand
I wasn't expecting much as I am so use to dealing with very thin leather products for archery, but this arm guard is different. The leather is high quality and thicker than expected. I was just shocked the moment I looked at it when I opened the packaging. I own one of those high-end pacific northwest logger boots and they are made of high quality thick leather. I'd say this arm guard's leather is about half as thick as those boots in some areas. I am very impressed. I highly recommend this product to anyone who likes to shoot their bows. ... show more

  • Fits nicely, great for price
Color: Brown Size: Left Hand
Haven’t had a chance to try it out yet, was hoping it would cover my top thumb knuckle but it just barely doesn’t. Other than that, will do what it’s intended for a pretty great price. Strings are a little long, not sure how comfortable it will be tucking them in, but overall happy

  • Looks cool
Color: Black Size: Left Hand
It's a little shorter than I expected, it doesn't get up to elbow but that won't be a problem, I learned to not put your arm where a bowstring can get at it. It was bruised and bloody and all messed up but, I digress. Not gonna lie I think it looks cool af, black leather bracer with my black and red bow and black archery glove is pretty sick. I threw on a cape and went looking for Elrond to let him know I'd join the fellowship. It's well made and sturdy, the past where you tie it up is out of the way, unlike me. I like being tied up in the middle of the room. I really like how it goes around my thumb and gives my hand a little cushion against my bow, I think once I've gotten it broken in that part won't feel as awkward. ... show more

  • Fantastic!
Color: Brown Size: Left Hand
I love this arm guard! It is incredibly well made, and manages to be both beautiful and functional. The leather is of good quality, and the craftsmanship is first rate! The addition of the half glove is ideal for those who shoot a horse bow or bows without an arrow rest or shelf. The only thing I would change would be if I could order it custom made and fitted to me. But that is because I'm very small - I believe the vast majority of people will find this a very good fit. It will be long on a small woman like myself, or a child. Other than that, there is a lot of room for adjustment, and the added leather flap under the laces means no skin is exposed there. If ever the opportunity to purchase one custom made arises, i would be thrilled to purchase another, and one more as a spare! ... show more

  • Fits and protects my bow arm well.
Color: Brown Size: Left Hand
Great arm guard for a very reasonable price.

  • Made for longer length, smaller diameter forearms.
Color: Brown Size: Left Hand
Great quality but NOT for Men with LARGER forearms. My forearms are 14” round at their widest and 9 inches from my inside elbow joint to my wrist. This forearm protector is about an inch too long for me and about 8 inches too small around. These protectors seem to slide forward and bunch up at my thumb which interferes with my shot accuracy. Simply put, these are nice quality and a great choice for people with small/thin forearms that are longer than 10 inches from your wrist to the inside of your elbow joint. If you have thinner, longer forearms than mine, this will work perfect for you. Good luck! ... show more

  • Very satisfied
Color: Black Size: Right Hand
The best I've ever bought and I have bought many. I used to make my own but this one is far better than I've ever made I'm really happy with this one and I will order again.

  • One size fits all?
Color: Green Size: Left Hand
Product arrived today. It's very well made, with reinforcement in the upper wrist area and along the bottom inside edge of the forearm (basically the most likely places for the bowstring to strike.) The lacing is a little difficult to get right with only being able to use one hand. I can't seem to get both strings to tighten at the same time, so I had a lot of back-and-forth between the two trying to even them up and still ending up with some slack on one side or the other. This isn't too detrimental, though, as the overall fit is okay. To use the speed-lace function, I had to hold both ends of the lacing in my teeth while sliding the slider down to lock them in place. The slider is folded leather, so I am expecting it to loosen up over time and may need to replace it with something plastic or metal. The padded section running between the thumb and index finger doesn't sit right in the crook of my hand. Even when gripping the bow, there is a significant amount of excess leather bunching up in that area. I haven't fired any arrows yet, so don't know if the excess interferes with release or affects accuracy. The leather doesn't go up the stem of my thumb at all, so it's likely that using an historic bow with no arrow rest will still allow for some irritation of the thumb. Seems well made with even stitching and no obvious missed threads, so I suspect it will hold up for a long time. ... show more
