This worked great for cleaning my 250 gallon tank. I was able to clean my glass with no problems.

As soon as I received it I started cleaning the glass in a taller tank and it snapped. The algae was blue green algae on the glass so I guess I was scraping too hard.

I bought this because it used the razor blades I had so I thought it would be nice to not have to buy new razors. Item worked OK, but the plastic poles are really flimsy, any press, it bends like a straw.     • Plastic handle has no strength
The scraper is made of thin, cheap, bendable plastic. Didn’t even get one panel of the fish tank cleaned and it was already bent. Returning immediately.

    • Got what I paid for
The only thing good about this item are the razor blades. Unfortunately, nothing else works very well. The rod part, which comes in 3 sections, is about 1/3 the size of a regular straw and fits together with an expander piece. All the pieces kept coming apart while I was trying to clean the glass.

I kind of thought I'm overpaying for what is probably a really, really cheap and simple plastic tool. But I bought it anyway. I was pleasantly surprised. The plastic is very sturdy and substantial and feels like graphite or carbon fiber. It's engineered well. I would buy this again.
