I had bought this pool at the end of the year and just got to putting it up this year. While we started to fill it I noticed there was a hole in the liner. I messaged the company and they literally replied to me about my issue in a matter of a minute to tell me they were sending me a replacement liner. It came the very next day. Very quick and eager to fix any issues that you might have. This pool is fantastic. It is durable and a lot bigger than I had expected. When I first ordered it, it arrived fast. The pool is well made and sturdy. I have to bump my pump motor to get it to start sometimes, it is over a month old, only ran it off and on for approximately 2 weeks,not covered by suppliers warranty. The ladder is useless, VERY unstable and too narrow. I threw it in the scrap pile...You will have to purchase new pool ladder/steps. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The product is not built. Great, the liner is very thin. The rails top rails overhang the pool where they could become a hazard. Liner don't seem to fit pool where lower seam in liner is one side from lower to top is longer then other.which means liner is not made for the size of the pool walls which causes wrinkles. ... show more

In all fairness, I paid someone to install it. So no input on how easy or hard it was to put up. I also upgraded the liner and pump at the start. I had read some reviews that the liner was thin so I just wanted to be safe and start with a good quality liner. And for the pump, the one thing I’ve learned with aquariums is that to keep good water quality - over filter! The ladder was an afterthought because the ladder was scary and I’m too old to be teetering around on that thing. In retrospect I should have bought just the pool without all the extras since I ended up buying upgrades anyway. But being a new pool owner I was not 100% sure what I needed. I also ended up buying coping strips to secure the liner because I couldn’t figure out if they came with them or not. A couple reviews indicated they did not. (It did come with them BTW). I am super happy with the pool though. And customer support from the seller was awesome. The return was leaking and they were helpful in resolving that issue. Once I replaced it, I realized the contractor had not used Teflon tape on the outermost piece! So it wasn’t a defective part at all. ... show more

Skimmer did not come with product as stated. Had to contact seller but I did get it. Ladder very unstable and hard to get over in the pool and out. Had to buy a different ladder. Filter is small for this size pool no off and on switch. Leaked to start with.Only been up a couple of weeks so we will see. ... show more

Get the worse over first.... company didnt send, pump, filter or liner. But they over nighted it... Thats a plus. Everything is up... Pump seems to be ok.. I'll updated it in a few weeks. Not enough clamps... Go buy 2 more along with a water hose if u dont have a spare. Skimmer is rather brittle looking.. Will have to update ...no way that last 5 years. Pool seems pretty sturdy. Liner is ok... All will tell in time. ... show more

Nice looking well priced pool ,I had a pool installer put pool in, worth every penny . We upgraded liner to unibead liner instead of overlap . We used our old sand filter and pump they were much larger than what was sent.Also we used our ladder much more sturdy than what was sent .
