Quick update: I reached out to Aqua and they readily agreed to send a new canopy. No charge for it or shipping. They didn't ask about reviews or anything - so I think it speaks well of the company. I'll leave my review below and will update once we have the new canopy. As for the main body, my wife & daughter both found it very comfortable and it floats great, so 5-stars on it, 5-stars for the company responsiveness and let's see what happens on the new canopy. ----- The appeal of this Pool Lounger was the Canopy. Unfortunately the canopy came broken. One stick/strut is clearly snapped or something and the end isn't even properly stitched. The later is not as important as it would still kinda serve its purpose. The last photo shows how it doesn't even sit correctly given the issue. The lounger itself was easy to inflate and looks sturdy and comfortable. But the shade being broken makes this a deal breaker. Do not buy. ... show more

Wore out the first 3 I've bought over the span of 5 years. Great floaties. Covered in a cloth that's comfortable to sweat on. Shut up and buy one.

This product is ideal for a pool or a lake but on the beach the handles can easily be ripped out of the lining. It does hold up well against small to medium sized waves but must be held very carefully. Otherwise it is extremely comfortable and sturdy with a portable small electric air inflator recommended. I love this thing!! And I use the unattached pillow in my bed instead of buying yet another product... lol. Tricky to inflate, though if you do not own an air pump. There are two parts to it, and if you don't open up the larger one, it takes FOREVER. But with the larger opening, you have to be really fast to plug it up or half the air comes out. ... show more

Despite quality warnings from other reviewers, I had hope. It was easy to inflate with an air mattress pump, but the success ended there. When the seat is positioned to be upright, it leaves a gap where your butt goes (pictured as best as I could). When pressed, of course air moves readily to unpressed parts of the raft and it doesn't take much to sink into that gap, feeling really unstable and uncomfortable. I tried filling the space with sections of noodles but sitting on them just pushed them to the mesh net below, where they moved under the backrest and finally behind it, ultimately doing no good. That was yesterday. This morning, I found it half way deflated. So it has a slow leak, too. The manufacturer also never replied to my question about warranty, in light of the quality concerns. The only positive is laying stomach-down. This is tall enough to set a book on the raft without it getting wet, and the triangular piece makes good hip/back support in such a position. But that alone is NOWHERE NEAR worth the price of this product. Last note, sitting on this leaves NO contact with water. So if you need water contact to keep cool, this won't do it, either. ... show more

Towards the end of the day one of the front canopy support poles had worked itself out of the green fabric and stuck into the headrest making a hole :( Also as you can seen from the photo, the back side was broken too. We notice after we were already out for the day. The canopy was difficult to unwrap from inself so not sure if we were the ones who broke it or not - hence will not request return. ... show more

Love this float. The material is perfect. Doesn't make your skin stick like traditional plastic floats. I'm 5'7 and the length is perfect for me. My husband is 6'1, and it is comfy for him but would be perfect for him if it was just a few inches longer. The only design flaw it the cup holder placement. It turns in when someone is seated in the raft. It would be better if the cup holder was placed closer to the outside edge. Overall, very pleased with the product. A little pricey for a float but the quality is good, so price is understandable. ... show more
