I got the ULTRA 1 with black/gray Trail Loop. The watch looks really nice with no sign of damage. No scuff marks or scratch. It really looks new. I got lucky! The band I got looks OEM to me (see photo). The charging cable is the one with the big USB A. I am using it with WIFI only. Everything looks good. Battery health is 100%. By the way, this is my 2nd time buying an Apple Watch from Amazon Renewed. Apple Watch 7 45mm i got also looks like new but it came with a cheap knockoff white band. ... show more

I did a LOT of research, and over a few months decided to go with the Amazon route. I had been looking on FB Marketplace and other places, and thought the safe bet would be getting the older Ultra with at least a little security on returns. The watch is great, the battery lasts almost a week for me. I haven't used the "workout" features yet so, it may change. Features I like: - The ECG feature that tests for A-fib feature and other heart measures. - The camera feature that saves from setting a timer on my iPhone. I prefer the bigger size of the Ultra, and the other usual features work great! UPDATE: Watch is still great, but the included charger only charges to about 75%. I will try and charge overnight, and it always stops at around 75%. ... show more

This renewed Apple Watch Ultra was about the same price as a new Series 9. At this price, I couldn’t beat the screen and battery life of the Ultra. Cons: The package was not an original Apple box. Not a big deal to me. It did include a charger, but the old USB-A charger. Not a newer USB-C version. The band looks like an Apple OEM band and the Velcro is top notch. But the metal bits that slide into the watch itself are a bit undersized. There’s no worry of the band coming off, but it rattles. There is daytime a bit of play. I purchased another Apple-brand watch band, and it fits perfectly. No rattle. So I assume the included band was either a pretty good knock-off or was the wrong model for this watch. Pros: Everything else. The watch has performed great. The screen is huge (for a watch) and the battery easily lasts two days. WatchOS reports the battery health as 97%. Any scuffs or marks in the case can only be seen if you look REALLY closely. The screen is perfect. It really is like new. ... show more

The watch came as described, flawless. Battery 98%. Not a single scratch. But the charging cable provided is really poor quality and would heat up the watch to the point that it shuts down. Bought an original charging cable and solved. Thats the only reason for 4 stars.

I was extremely nervous about ordering this used. I spent around 45 minutes searching for any scratches or marks once arrived, and nothing. They give you the ‘old’ cable (not the fast charging) and a junk plug so I recommend upgrading those. The watch and band though, it’s perfect condition! I’m very very happy! ... show more

I purchased this Watch Ultra 1 to replace a Series 7 that hit the pavement during a bicycle crash late last summer. Just couldn't abide the screen scratches anymore. I've been using an Apple Watch of one sort or another since there was only one model. In all that time, the upgrades, while cool, have been incremental, at best. THIS Watch, on the other hand, seems like a genuine step up. Granted, even with a refurb, this is a chunk of change to lay out for an Apple Watch, but for me, at least, SO worth it. I can really feel the difference between the titanium and my old, aluminum model. Though it is a refurb, I ordered one that was in "excellent" condition and if they had told me it was brand new, I would never have known the difference. As far as my human eye can detect, the crystal and casing are flawless. And I really love the look of the titanium! The finish is much nicer in person than in pics. I liked it so much, I purchased a titanium dress band for nights on the town or whatever. I'll probably get a few funky colored ones, as well, since they're so easy to swap out. Battery health is at 99-percent, so I'm pretty happy about THAT, too! The extra-large, and bright, screen makes answering emails and texts a breeze. I wouldn't want to write a novel on the thing, but the Swipe keyboard is surprisingly easy to use and fairly accurate. It is noticeably heavier than my old Series 7, and this is only exacerbated by the addition of the titanium band, but it's not so heavy I won't get used to it in a day or two. There really is NOTHING about this Watch to not like (except perhaps the price). I know it'll seem like an antique in five years or less, but until then ... damn, baby! I was pleasantly surprised to find that this refurbished watch was in outstanding near spotless condition. The battery health is at 98%. I received it four days ago. It does hold a charge for two days. The watchband is new. I noticed that Apple is not selling refurbished Apple Watch ultras. It makes me wonder if they are farming them out to Amazon. The reason I think this is a possibility is because it really looks like this watch has a new case and back panel and I’m thinking that Amazon is not keeping those kind of parts on hand. So perhaps Amazon is the designated reseller of ultras . Because of the titanium case, the watch looks heavy, but it actually lighter than you would expect. The only downside I would report is the watch came in a box that was a little bit too big and Inside the watch and the band were loose in a big plastic bag. But I am very pleased with the watch and as long as there are no problems during the 90 day warranty period . I plan on keeping it. My Apple Watch Series 4 lasted me five years. I hope for the same longevity for this item. One last thing… The quality of the microphones for phone calls seems to be top-notch. I’m so glad that I paid $500 to Amazon rather than $799 from Apple. ... show more
