I was pleasantly suprised it had no scratches and it looks new. The only thing that i have noticed is that the battery last about 10-12 hours. The last one that I bought new would last me about a day and a half. But i would buy again. Everything works well and looks new.

I ordered it and I received the watch full of scratches on the screen. I ordered the replacement one and I received another one full of scratches again and after several days I realized that the battery life is not good and the battery dies in 2 hours. Totally I’m not satisfied with this and the return label is closed and I can’t return it. The watch is sitting on the table for months. Came with a few small scratches, but only on the casing, no damage to the screen. Have been using for almost a year now and occasionally it has issues with the touchscreen, but it’s not easy to tell if it is the device itself or user error. Good quality for price paid. Was planning to get the new SE for my mother; but she liked the gold color on watches. So was looking to buy a 6 or 7 series new. I wanted the ECG feature and then searching on Amazon led me to this series 4. She is petite and so the 40mm 4 fitted well vs other models. Took a chance and ordered. Couldn’t be happier with the overall finish and quality. Looks brand new with no scratches on the screen or body. Setting it up was a pain as had to reset and update it many times to pair it. The pink strap it came with is not original I think. Didn’t fit really well. And the free charger was not the stainless premium but of the aluminum Apple Watch. We bought the original Milanese loop in gold on eBay for $45. So under 200$ for a stainless steel gold is An amazing deal! ... show more

I purchased watch that said cellular for my granddaughter, went to put on my bill 3 hours layer they tell me this watch isnt cellular . Mad was not the word to describe me
