Bought this for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day and he loved it! It was a great price for being used. Works great, battery life is awesome the only thing I was upset with was that the charger makes the watch very hot. I thought the chargers were universal so I used it for my watch and it doesn’t charge over 10% and ends up over heating my watch and shuts it down.     • Battery wont hold a charge after 3 months
the (renewed) watch looked perfect, it came in generic packaging but after a few months would go from 100% to 20% in a couple of hours. even in low power mode and everything off. Now it dies after an hour even sitting on a desk off the charger.

I've had this refurb apple watch for a few months now and I love it. The battery life is great. Paired successfully with my Iphone, no issues. The band and the watch itself was is good condition. I'd purchase again if anything happened to this one.

UPDATE 4/19 - The battery wouldn't even last 6 hours. I requested a replacement which was ordered on 4/9 and ten days later, we still haven't received it. I don't know where the replacement is. Tracking only shows one update which is "Carrier picked up the package." Removed a star because this has been an awful experience. Order from this seller at your own risk. I finally got the watch set up with a cellular plan through T-Mobile and I’m just now exploring it. First, the screen is badly scratched with vertical lines going from top to bottom. At first I thought it was just smudges but these don’t come off. I wouldn’t have minded the scratches since this was for my 10yr but the battery life is pretty bad. I had it charged to full and I just set everything up, deleted unnecessary apps and set up walkie-talkie. Just 20 mins of this and the battery is down to 30%. I don’t know if this will even last her a day, or even the 8 hours she’s at school. I don’t know if I should even give it to her. I checked the battery setting and it shows “Service Recommended” and that max capacity is at 66%. I just turned on battery saver mode to see if that helps, though I’d really rather not have to use it like that. I’m leaning towards returning it, I’m just hesitant because of how much work it took to even get this watch set up. This was posted as Refurbished in Excellent condition but in reality, it’s really not excellent at all. I wouldn’t be upset if the actual condition matched the description. ... show more

This watch looks amazing(as if it has never never been used) works perfect…but has less than 75% of battery life, for excellent condition I was expecting a little bit more! :)

    • Very Likely I'll Need A Replacement In the Next Few Weeks
So I understand that this is a refurb, but it's definitely not in "excellent condition" as stated. The bottom of the watch face looks as if it has been banged against concrete and the release buttons for the bands are a mess and don't release without an excessive amount of force. It crashed four times trying to set up/pair it and it caused me to have to start the process over every time, including an unpair process every time, which took forever. It was a three hour process to get this paired. The biggest issue is the battery drains INSANELY fast, I left the house at a full charge and went on a 20 minute errand, and the battery was drained to 75% by the time I got home. My first Apple Watch was a refurbed Gen 1 (that I got when the Gen 4s were new) and it worked flawlessly and held a charge better than any of my other Apple products, so I don't know if this is just a standard awful Apple battery issue or if there's an issue, but either way it's quite plausible that I'll need to get a replacement/refund ordered before the month is over. ... show more
