Doesn’t work for headphones with mic
Upon looking closer, I did discover fine print that says it won’t work for calls, but this adaptor won’t work for wired headphones with a mic (that have three stripes on the connector). Other than seems to work well.

cant use for wired headphones
They work great except for wired headphones used for phone conversation.

The adapter worked well until it didn’t. The sound was fine, however after a month and minimal use, sound is only coming through one side of my headphones because there seems to be a short in the adapter cord.

Using this I keep losing sound in the left side. If I hook my headphones to something else it works great, so I know it’s this piece. I got a 2 pack and they both mess up. I do not recommend.

One of the two died after two uses
Yes, they're inexpensive, but one of ours stopped working nearly immediately, so you get what you pay for.

Issue using with selfistick
Did not work for Iphone11 using selfistick . The one from Apple store worked fine. I think t required lightening cable that had data also.
