I've had it for a few months now and can say that the job they have done with refurbishing this ipad has been excellent, it was much cheaper than buying a new one and has served me very well as a beginner artist using procreate and the gen 1 apple pencil. This product is advertised as a third generation iPad Pro, when in fact, it is a first generation model. The first dead giveaway is the beautiful gold case. This color was only used on first generation iPad Pros. Second, third generation iPad Pros were not produced in 128 gb. Finally, the model number A1584 is published on Apple’s website as a first generation iPad Pro. When I unpacked this device, it was immaculate. There wasn’t the faintest scratch or blemish. Had I not purchased a “refurbished” model, I could have easily mistaken this item for brand new. Setup was smooth, and I transferred all my data from another iPad via Bluetooth. Everything functions as Apple intended. I am a die hard iPad fan, and I’ll continue to use this iPad Pro until I am forced to upgrade. This IPAD is great ended up buying two...the company is amazing also...they worked with us when we started having some trouble helping us troubleshot our problem and helping us find a resolution. Great company will definitely look to buy from them again...

    • So far so good, except charger
The charger is one thing that needed a replacement asap. The product was in great shape. I'm not sure about thr battery, since I did purchase a new 24w charger for it and it doesn't charge when connected to the charger and being used at the same time. I am a little iffy on that aspect as my brand new iPad Pro 3rd Gen charges to full while being used and attached to the charger at the same time. So time will tell. I bought a renewed iPad for half the price of a new one and it’s just like having a brand new one. You can’t tell that it was renewed. It was box nice it came with everything I needed and I love it.

    • Careless quality checks
The first one I received had a screen partly separated from the body, and turned itself on and off randomly, without my touching anything. I could not even get it setup because it randomly turned itself off in mid-setup. I returned it for an exchange. The second one arrived quickly and did not seem to be damaged. However, it would not charge at all. The USB charger that came with the device simply did not work, although it did become warmer when plugged in. I finally used one of my own USB chargers. The device is now setup and working. But I am still wary of discovering some other unnecessarily sloppy quality control. ... show more
