I’ve had these for about 2 months now and that work great. The charge well and the battery lasts me a long time depending on how much I’m listening. They came in perfect condition with no scratches or damage at all. I love that the spatial audio and the sound quality on these are dramatically better than my AirPods Pro. I’ve wanted the max’s for so long and finally found them on here for a (somewhat) reasonable price. I was nervous to buy refurbished for this price point but I’ve bought my beats pill and my AirPod pros through Amazon refurbished and they were great! These are INCREDIBLE and so comfy to wear and they came in perfect unworn condition. The package only included the headphones and the matching Smart Case and that was it. So if you don’t own a iPhone charger (how???) just buy one before you purchase! :) ... show more

I took a chance and bought a "renewed" version of the Airpod Max and they showed and will not take charge so they do not work. I have had the Airpod Max in the past so I know how to properly operate them. Now the problem is that I have to return them via UPS pick-up. There are no options to drop them off anywhere due to the fact that this is an Amazon Reseller who sold them to me. Do yourself a favor and just buy new ones off of this website. Now I have to wait approximately 30 days to potentially get my money back. I can't wait to see how this all plays out. ... show more

These have given me no issues so far. I bought them refurbished and there was pretty much nothing wrong with them other than the tinniest scratch but you would really have to look and use to flashlight to see it. Mine didn’t come in the original box but I did get a charger and the original case for the max’s. I absolutely love the noise canceling since I’m a dog trainer and it gets pretty loud and annoying if there’s consistent barking. They sound great too! I’ve ordered protective cases for the outside and covers for the earmuffs since they do get hot from the fabric. That’s the only downside. ... show more

The headphones are in perfect condition and sound great. However, the original owner of the headphones can track my location of the headphones. This is the only downside of purchasing them refurbished. I am sure there is a way to remove the location from their device.
