you guys should be ashamed to sell a Mac in such a bad condition. i've received a Mac with many keys stuck. the Mac keeps turning off randomly Everytime. save yourself some money and time and don't buy it

The laptop I received had some dings and scratches, which didn’t bother me much. It worked perfectly and had great battery life, but ultimately a few sticky keys and some kind of light in the corner of the screen on startup made me return it.

yes, there were imperfections. HOWEVER, they are so minimal and in the unseen places of the laptop, it looks brand new. i received exactly what the listing stated. 2017 macbook pro in space grey, 500 gb, 16 gb ram, and a 2.8 gHz intel i7 processor. Very pleased with the product thus far.

I have been using my purchased Macbook Pro 16GB RAM i7 2.9GHz for a year now and this laptop is slower than my older Macbook Pro. Something is not right in Refurbishing this one and it doesn't have power that it claims to have. I was expecting this one to be better than my older Macbook Pro because it is less older and more powerful processor i7 quad core 2.9GHz but it is slower. My daughter doesn't even use Macbook Pro and prefer to just use the older one because her online game just flick on this laptop. My last MBP was 10 years old and failing. This is 10x lighter, vents heat more effectively, snappy performance. It’s been a joy to work on. Battery life is solid I do like the Touch Bar also. Got this as a gift to for my wife amd she couldn't be happier. Laptop arrived in excellent condition with very minor indicators that it was in a recertified condition. The wrong power supply was sent initially, but a quick email to the seller had the correct power supply sent immediately and allowed to keep the older supply. This was a great buy! I did get the warranty just in case because there is no AppleCare and these can be expensive to fix. ... show more
