You get what you pay for i guess. For $279 and a few tweaks it's just ok. Could have been so much better if they had paid attention to a couple details. It's not that plush or comfy. And the way that you need to attach the arm rests....one side zips on and the other has velcro. Why they didn't put a zipper on both sides i have no idea. AND the velcro they use is HORRIBLE ! Does not stick at all. I had to buy some sticky velcro and put it on top to get the arms to stay in place. And the cord should be better. It's not very long and it's very thin/cheap. One last thing...this is NOT a massage chair. It's a chair that vibrates a little. So don't expect much as far as getting a massage. ... show more

Chair is comfortable but can’t use is as a recliner. A big bolt is catching on the other metal piece and can’t raise the foot rest. I have contacted the company a number of times now. Can not raise or lower the foot rest and because the on bracket was bent it has messed up the left arm rest. The company said the first time I complained that they would reimburse me $40. Never happened can not sent a video ir picture they asked for. Their system will not take it. ... show more
